★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.
Personally, I don't like making bad reviews, but this dentist deserves one.
The hygienist hurts you, makes you bleed, and pokes at your gum etc.
For a cleaning, they tell you a different price over the phone, then when you are finished with your cleaning, they will charge you 50% higher than what they initially told you -Then they make up different things on the receipt to justify the different cost.
They also charge $100 for an exam to check if you have a cavity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistent and professional care starting with the front office staff and hygienist through to the dentist and after care follow-up. The team always makes the effort to ensure these visits end as a positive, and as much as possible, a comfortable experience. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Dentistry in Motion was really good. My hygienist was Veronica, who really made an effort to make me feel comfortable during my appointment. She was social which made the appointment go by alot faster. I was impressed by how well both Veronica and the dentist explained things, doing so in an accessible way by not using alot of jargon. Dentist visits are not generally something I look forward but the Dentistry in Motion Team always does their best to provide a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygienists do a great job cleaning teeth for the most part. Olivia has always been so kind to me and my children and a wonderful hygienist.Office and rooms are clean and updated. Dr.Rob is experienced and knowledgeable.
My concerns come from the following:
hygienists are changing too often and there is a lack of consistency…. Tried to book an appointment in 3 months in advance and I was told they are already booked due to a shortage of hygienists…..Also they are not always good about staying within the limits of my dental plan even though I have always told them I do not want to pay anything out of pocket….. somehow it ends up costing me more when it should not. Also some of ladies from the administration are a little harsh with the clients and need to brush up on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this dentist office for over 20 years. A good portion of my teeth (new and used) have been taken care of by the expertise of Dr. Collin and Mary as the dental hygienist is thorough, gentle, upfront about the care of gums and teeth. Excellent.
As in so many cases, a chip of a tooth or crown happens mostly when I eat soft foods.
This happened again on Thursday at work. So I saw Dr. Jimmy on Friday and he has provided a temporary “fix” by sanding down the jagged edges and using a composition to fill the gap.
I hope to see Dr. Collin next week to replace a 2 year crown.

They were patient and answered my questions which showed me they cared about making me feel comfortable and informed so I could make the best decisions around my dental care. As a patient for close to two decades, every single appointment, every single time, for every single reason, has exceeded my expectations, and while I'm not particularly difficult, neither am I easy to impress.
Dentistry in Motion delivers a very high standard of care that is supported with compassion and raised to an even higher level with their commitment to inclusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Rob and the team at Denistry in Motion since I was my kids age and they continually surprise me with the warmth and friendliness of all their staff.
Olivia was the hygienist for my 6yo and he came home excited to floss! She made him feel so comfortable by showing him all the tools ahead of time and explaining them. He was so engaged and content, he didn't even complain she touched his wiggly tooth.
Cecilia was taking care of my daughter and I same day, and she too was warm and engaging. She listened to where the sensitive spots were, and was super gentle.
As I said to Dr. Rob that day... I will never leave for another dentist. They make you feel like family.
