absolutely ridiculous that their largest size is a 12... inclusivity of all sizes is very important especially when you sell graduation/prom dresses...

Good and affordable stuff.

Ask for Maya and Taz! They helped me out with a suit for my cousins wedding. I entered the store telling them i need a last minute suit and they quickly helped. When a size doesnt fit Maya didnt give up on me ahaha she kept finding sizes for me till i find the right one. I was able to get a good suit in about 30 mins and still made it for the wedding i thought i wasnt gonna be on time for.

Really good quality clothing for decent prices and many different styles. Definitely will be back

I'm in hopes that this review gets read by Fearweathers head office Owners. On Saturday August 18, 2018 i went in to the Fearweather store Located at the vaughan mills mall looking for dress pant's i found one i liked and the price said in a big red sign that all the pant's on that section were only $15 so i quickly grab the pants go to the cashier it took around 10 minutes for someone to noticed i was at the front finaly a women came to the cash first of all she does not greet me and second in a yelling tone says to me that the pants are $20! Without me even asking.. so i tell her but the sign says $15 and she says yeah someone put that sign there so no you are wrong they are $20 are you going to take them or not?? < she was yelling at me in a complete rude tone of voice my husband was next to me his witness of how rude she was for absolutely no reason at all so i told her it's ok i wont be taking them so she pulls them off my hands and says again in a really rude tone that's fine! I ask please to head office to send someone undercover so you can see how this women who i think was manager of the store is treating your customers i've had amazing customer service at the Fearweather at Bramalea City Centre mall in Brampton no one has ever been this rude to me very poor customer service from her part. Fearweather Head office owners you are losing customers because of the way this women is treatong people i ask that you please have a meeting with your managers and retrain them on on the most basic and essential things like how to treat customers with respect.. Because yelling at them and not even greeting them when you see them is a priority when you work in a sales industry and having to deal with customers on a daily basis and if you are unable to treat people with respect then you are in the wrong business.

I never do things like this but I was so disappointed in the customer service of Fairweather that I feel the need to write something. At the start of winter, I bought an $100 jacket from a Fairweather location. After taking it home and wanting to wear it out a couple of weeks later, I noticed a huge rip on the inside near the bottom. I had gone back that day to exchange it for a new one. They didn't have my size. Okay, I tried on two other jackets. BOTH of those jackets had rips in the pockets and God knows where else! I was adamant about getting a refund - not store credit - because I needed a winter jacket and clearly there was no quality at Fairweather and I didn't have another $100 to spend. No luck. I had tried to contact the head office several times. I had written e-mails and left messages to no avail. I went back to the store I bought it from and spoke to the manager and politely explained the situation - that I didn't have money to spend on another jacket so I didn't want a gift card - she was quite rude and defensive. I still have the gift card and I am still trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS HERE. Fairweather is good for what it is: a cheap store with cheap items. Treat it as such. I learned my lesson

Overload of clothes. Do make space for people to walk in without squeezing in. They sell Christmas sweaters.
