★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all right this review as long overdue this is probably my favourite store in the mall and they always got the best deals around the stores pretty small and it could be bigger and they could have more inventory but everyone’s very helpful and when I come in everyone seems to be knowing what they’re doing I will be back for more the wife likes coming to the store to every time we come we always find something that we like but hey it’s north face what is there not to like I spend a lot in time outdoors and I spend a lot of time camping north face is pretty much the only brand that I feel comfortable to wear all the time I do feel like the sizing stuff is pretty messed up sometimes it’s a large sometimes it’s an extra large ,sometimes you just needs to try some thing on and you just need to wear it and move around to get that for flex there’s been times to come home knowing that I have to come back again and change the size but the return policy is pretty good and I’m pretty happy about that so hey I will be back for more it’s always a good time North face for life baby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer care is pretty nice. They have pretty nice products BUT pay attention on jacket/parkas pockets. They are very thin and will let your habds frozen if you don't wear gloves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liars! I bought a $345 coat from North Face with the clear promise from them that it came with a lifetime warranty. Even if I wasn't in Canada, they said whilst collecting my money, if there was a local North Face, they would repair my jacket. Three years later, my zipper went bust and North Face refuses to fix it! They admitted that they should, they just won't. I've been pursuing the issue for TWO YEARS NOW and have just been brushed off!! Well the cheap sods are very shortsighted indeed. My husband and I have been loyal North Face customers for years, but now, because of their cheap, terrible, dishonest customer service they will lose thousands of dollars due to our lack of patronage. Good riddance North Face! On to better brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it was sheer luck that the shoe I went to buy for $200 was on 50% sale, so I am inclined to be positively biased. But the store is well organized and the staffs are helpful. However, there was a limited selection of footwear. Perhaps, they will replenish the stock after the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ North Face quality is great and in this outlet store someone can find always good deals. We bought a winter jacket for our daughter with a 40% discount. Sales Representatives, mainly young people we're all helpful and the young cashier explained the lifelong warranty and what that covers. Will for sure shop again there.
