NAILS forever

I am not sure why the negative reviews about customer service. One is greeted warmly by all and very helpful no matter whether you are booked with another staff member or not. It is pleasant stetting and complies with health regulations. I have been a client of Ivy for more than eight years and have followed her no matter how far the location. BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! I recently got my nails done here and I can not get over the quality. I got them done for a wedding comming up, and I got this beautiful holo sparkle. It was my first time getting my nails professionally done and I don’t think I will over go back to doing them myself. I never understood why people would go out every 1-2 weeks to get their nails done or touch up, but I understand now. The overall atmosphere, customer service, and the quality they put into every guest is impeccable. The ladies are so kind and very caring to my nails. My friend accidentally chipped her wet nail and without even asking, they fixed it right away without batting an eye. That’s quality service. This is the best nail salon in Vaughan! Highly recommend for everyone! Can’t wait to go back and try that beautiful peach I’ve been eyeing!

If there was a rating of less than one star I would have given this nail salon that rating. The service is THAT bad. Do not go there ever! I am never going back. On December 22, 2016 I went to get a manicure and a pedicure and I was completely - just utterly completely humiliated by the rough and inappropriate treatment... in several ways. FOR EXAMPLE, the service provider was not pleased when I went to pull my purse close to me - she was not amused as I seem to not be fast enough for her. NEXT, she kept cutting my cuticles after I told her several times not to cut them but just to push them back. As a customer it is my choice to have my cuticles cut or not. NEXT, the hand massage that she gave me was rough - it was as though she was fighting with my hands. NEXT, with the pedicure - she berated me by telling me that I needed to lift my leg myself as she buffed my heels. And, of course when I have pedicures anywhere I always help the service provider by lift my leg but I expect that they will also help to prop them up as they buff my heels. NEXT, when she had finished the manicure and pedicure she sent me to the drying station by pointing me in a general direction. I had no idea where to find the nail dryers. It was another customer who showed me where to sit. NEXT, I nicked my thumbnail on the manicure dryer and it took 20 minutes before someone - another woman who worked there bothered to fix the nail polish nick. Poor service plain and simple. Of course I did not tip her. But I also resolved to write a review because others need to hear just how bad that place is. DO NOT GO THERE. What you see in these reviews is true. I have been to other of these kinds of nail salons before - some are quite good and clean others are average. This is the WORST one that I have been to. Even if your nails badly need to be done DO NOT GO THERE.

I have been coming to Nailsforever for a very long time. It's a place I trust and feel comfortable. All the ladies (especially Polly, Hannah, Annie and May) are great and very friendly. I have been to other places and they just don't measure up, which is why I keep coming back. Just recently, the ownership changed and it has become that much better. They are attentive in what they do and are always very helpful when trying to pick out colours. Definitely a place I would recommend to others.

I used to go to this salon every two weeks for an acrylic fill. Used to love them. Recently, however, I have been getting frustrated with the services. First of all, the ladies that work there are not the friendliest. I have had multiple encounters where they were flat out rude. One time, i had asked for a specific nail shape, but the lady said to me “no, that will look very weird”, and continues to shape my nail the way SHE thought would look best. I ended up hating the shape. Secondly, i had asked for a new set because my nails were coming off the back of the acrylic, and they straight up said NO. I have been refused a new set three times now, and i have had the same nails since October. Instead of giving me a new set or replacing the damaged nails, the lady took her OWN NAIL and PUSHED the acrylic off my thumb using FORCE. Needless to say, it hurt a lot, and should NOT be the way you remove an acrylic nail. She did not even bother to replace it, rather just painted it, leaving the nail obviously shorter than the rest. Finally, i always get a lousy paint job when i go. The painting is always either streaky, sloppy, uneven, or fibres are painted into my nails. They do not clean their tools in between clients, and have made me BLEED MULTIPLE TIMES. I also only recently found out they offer a student discount, which i was NEVER told about. I have been paying full price this entire time when i could have been showing my student ID to get 10% off. I will never be going back.

Did a really cool custom job

I thought they were over priced. I get it they were shut down due to covid but they don't need to be so over priced. And when u do dip nails ur not supposed to use up light. Shows they don't know how to do their job.

They only take appointments at the moment. They are familiar with regular customers. The smell of the nail s can be nauseating if your not use to it. Nice staff and quick to help
