And despite the fact that I am clueless with regards to knowledge of cigars, the staff at the Havana Castle Cigars Vaughan were able to explain what I needed to know in a very friendly yet informative manner. In comparison to other cigar shops I have been to before with my husband, I thought that this one was quite attractive in the displaying of a variety of eye pleasing accessories which I believe would satisfy every taste. To all cigar lovers; this is a shop that is worth a visit!

Best part of the experience here though was definitely the staff! Ali was very helpful and friendly; very knowledgeable guy, really made it a pleasure shopping here! I'll definitely be back! P.S. Try their house blend! Surprisingly decent smoke at it's price point!

I could have easily bought premium brand name cigars but he sold me on the quality of the house brand. They were fantastic and easy to enjoy. Clean burn with minimal spice. Great aroma. Looking forward to the next smoke.

Customer service is excellent substantiated with very good knowledge on the making of cigars. Besides, the accessories including ashtrays, lighters, humidors, etc., can satisfy different tastes of all customers. Personally, I will be visiting this beautiful shop, definitely every month! Bravo!
J	Jay Palmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have been smoking cigars 20 years, I drop by Havana castle because ,I heard good things about their house cigars. I picked up one of each. I will be reviewing the house brand white label. I got hints leather and sweet grass burned perfectly reminding me of a Rocky Patel Premium. Close to the quarter century label. Only flaw I had was the label was glued to the wrapper,so smoke the label or toss the cigar had to toss it in my attempts to get it off it ruined the wrapper. I’m sure this was just a fluke. Don’t let this take away from buying this cigar. it’s up there with the big boys!!! Will be back soon.

They went above and beyond (and even tried to help me fix an old Swiss lighter). The selection was excellent, and the prices were competitive. From a novice to an aficionado, I would absolutely recommend this location.

The prices are comparable to any other cigar stores in Ontario…I was free to check out the cigars without the attendant watching over me, of course I always respect the humidor etiquette. I opted out to test drive their house blends. Will definitely be checking out the other locations next time I’m in the Toronto area.
