★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful if you deal with this company. The service starts out very good but after a month they will start to over-charge your credit card and not return any of your calls. Expect to end up paying double what you were quoted. I strongly advise against giving them any access to billing you automatically

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and asked to speak to the owner of the company and the lady that answered the phone wouldn't stop asking me questions after the fact I already left a message she kept wasting my time on the phone asking for an email and it wouldn't stop so I just said forget the whole message and hung up I'm giving a 2 star rating because that was one of the worse service phone calls in my life. Feel free for the owner to respond to this review if he cares at all about his reputation and if he wants a chance for me to change my rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this company for both lawn care and snow removal at several of my properties for years. I've also referred others to Top Notch and all of my friends and family who use them have been thankful for my introduction.
I'm not sure whats up with these other negative reviews because my dealings have been directly with the owner and they've been positive always. Timely, high-quality service and they always make sure that I am satisfied with the job before they leave - whether its general landscaping in the summer, cleaning up leaves and maintenance as seasons change, or snow removal in the winter.
Highly recommend Top Notch if you're in the market for a solid landscaping team.
