★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the pandemic, I had one of the worst breakouts of my life due to a hormonal imbalance. I found Dr. Nguyen via a Google search and I’m so grateful that I did! We were able to communicate virtually to work through a treatment plan that has helped me to balance my hormones, clear up the terrible breakout, and maintain the balance. She is thorough, kind, very personable, and has been an overall pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a Woman with PCOS can be frustrating and challenging. I’ve heard a lot of times that there’s nothing to do with my condition, that I have to live like that or that if I don’t want children the only solution is to take Birth Control Pills. Dr. Kathy was the first doctor that explained to me exactly what was happening to my body and listened me more as a person that was hurting than as another woman with PCOS. After 6 months going to every specialist that wouldn’t give me an answer or even a treatment option, Dr. Kathy did in 3 months what neither of the specialists did for me in 13 years battling this disease. Finally I see that it’s possible for me to live a normal live without putting a bunch of chemicals in my body. I hope if your a woman hurting as I was, you can give a try to her treatment and her approach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having heath issues, I decided to invest in my health and seek other methods. I did my research and came across Dr. Kathy Nguyen. I explained my health history and she took the time and assess me and my file. I am happy to say, my pain has significantly gone down and my health continues to prove. I gave her five stars for her professionalism, and understanding and for being down to earth type of doctor.
Thanks to her my arthritis is manageable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nguyen is very personal, friendly and highly engaged. She was an active listener and didn't judge when I told her that I wasn't taking care of myself in a healthy manner. She took her time and was able to understand my issues - especially when they were discarded by the traditional doctors. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Dr Nguyen for your help thus far in my health difficulty. Going from diabetic to pre-diabetic in 3 months strictly following your assessment, dietary and supplemental recommendations.
I have lost as well 18 lbs, more to come, and I feel better. We're now working on getting that out of pre diabetic and addressing a thyroid issue that has showed up in the blood tests. I am very grateful for this result and am looking to attain even better results by the summer and beyond. ??

She answers all my questions, and gives an in-depth explanation of the treatment plan that she has curated specifically for you. After a few months I have seen such good changes in my health and I have her to thank. I still have ways to go but I know Dr. Kathy will get me where I need to be. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor listen to all your needs and prescribe things that are truly best for you and only you.
