★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible intake receptionist. Took me some time to build up the courage to call the office as I had found their website and was confident in the possible services. The man on the phone was too focused on correcting my terminology during the call rather than the statement "I am interested in your counselling services". Usually I wouldn't care but this person is an employee for mental health services, how you act on the phone during first contact is crucial. I have 2 clinically diagnosed anxiety disorders and it took me a lot for me to call and the man caused me to have a panic attack. Such a horrible experience.
