★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor works with residents in a nursing home. If the residents family calls her with concerns she refuses to deal with any issues until she returns a week later. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was awful to me. She literally talked down to me like I was an idiot and while I was sick. After calling this office when they opened, she finally called me back after over an hour and gave me a lecture about how I shouldn't have called Dr Norkus. I don't get how my typical family doctor could tell me "we've got a group of doctors that you can go to, try not to use a walk-in" and then I try that and I get not only rejected but chastised. Awful. Guess what - I have no choice but to go to a walk-in because my regular doctor is not in and "after-hours" only starts after 5pm and it's early morning now...ridiculous.
