★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was transferred from Dr. Cheryl Green to Dr. Oksana Opyr as my family doctor. Since the transfer, I have been unable to schedule any appointments for checkups and whenever I leave Dr. Opyr a message, my call is never returned. At this point, I don't even know if I'm healthy or not.
I wish that I could still see Dr. Green. She was a fantastic doctor and I wish that she had found a better replacement to take over her clientele. I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ she prides herself with the fact that she pays 1000$per year on some symptom analyzer on her computer. Does not look you in the eye when you are talking to her and will NOT allow you to talk about anything other than the ONE thing you are there to talk to her about.
You should not feel dread, when you have to call your doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't even make an appointment. So I can't tell what she's like.Is she a medical doctor or a robot? The receptionist is rude. No answer when you call, and may get a returned call in 1 week..You can't call, text, or respond to email. I was referred to her by my previous doctor who retired but this doctor is unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was hard to transition from Dr. Green and her awesome team, but she found a good replacement. Dr. Oypr is an excellent and personable doctor. However, reaching her is difficult. The receptionist named Maria is the worst and most unfriendly administrator I’ve ever dealt with. Beware that she will ask you to reveal ALL details of the nature of your appointment as if you’re having the actual appointment with her. Maria is aggressive and often speaks over you or cuts you off as if she is in a rush. Maria also has challenges answering the phone and responding to e-mails during office hours.
I don’t make reviews, but I hope she sees this one. You are not a nice person, you aren’t respectful or professional. It’s hard to find a female doctor as it is, so pick your battles and good luck fellow researchers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone that was looking for a family physician for years I was happy to finally receive one.
Initially, the quality and accuracy of Dr.Oksana and her office was spot on; got my physical done within the first week she accepted me as her patient, easy to talk too and book appointments etc.
COVID-19/pandemic happened and I’m not sure what happened,overall quality of service went down; no one ever answers the phone or emails yet when they did answer the phone Maria would as for details regarding why you were booking this appointment. Last time I checked only the doctor should be asking personal details on why I made this appointment.
A few months ago I went to a walk in clinic and they ran tests for me and told me my family physician would need to be sent a copy; I called and asked Maria the best way to send the results and she said “email” so I wrote the email and sent it off….3 weeks went by and heard nothing so I called back & when I asked why my email hasn’t been responded to maria proceeded to tell me “oh, no one checks the emails”…like your patients could have something seriously wrong with them and your staff isn’t even doing anything to help.
I have many more distasteful experiences regarding this clinic but I honestly hope things change.
