Kyle and Aila were incredibly supportive and encouraging during my treatment period. They listened and adapted well as my pain changed and eventually improved. They were incredible at imparting their knowledge in practical and accessible ways to suit my needs and lifestyle, and I’m so thankful I got to work with them! I assumed certain physical pain would just continue to be a part of my daily life, but they helped me get back to feeling capable and comfortable in my body again. Incredible team of people at CBI Islington and a great experience overall. Thank you!

Great therapists, did a great job and met all my needs

The CBI clinic was recommended by my insurance company for a neck issue I had after a car accident. I had 11 treatments that did nothing for my issue. I was never asked for a payment during those visits. About 8 months after treatment stopped I received an email asking for over $800.00. I was shocked because I assumed payments had been made by my insurance companies. I calculated using the insurance company reimbursements and arrived at app. $600.00 and made that payment with an explanation. I heard nothing from CBI. Now, almost 2 years after treatment they sent an email again requesting over $200.00 with no explanation. Finally the next day they sent a treatment record where the different amounts than those shown by my insurance company appeared. I felt harassed by them, they insinuated that I was not paying my bills. I do not pay without an invoice. That's standard accounting practice. I might add that my neck issue persisted and I went to another physiotherapy clinic where I went for 5 visits once a week, not twice, and my neck issue has been resolved. The treatment at the new clinic was highly professional and organized, after each visit I received an invoice and paid it. They used a computer program that worked like a charm with appointment reminders and payment receipts. Clearly CBI has issues and I do not recommend them.

CBI Health is amazing - everyone from the front desk to the physiotherapists. I came in with a previous sports injury from a few years back, and within 2 weeks, my back has been feeling MUCH better. If you want to get treated well and have your questions answered, I highly recommend asking for Nilesh - he knows his stuff inside and out.

I love coming to this CBI location! I've been coming for years since a car accident and for sporting injuries, and everyone here is very caring and kind. I especially love Sherry, the main physiotherapist. She's excellent and very thorough. The ladies at the front desk are lovely as well, all smiles and nice conversations. I highly recommend coming here! My only suggestion is that, if you're able, park at one of the close by Green P parking lots and walk in because they're much cheaper then the building's underground parking lot, which is as expensive as Pearson airport and has the same timing limitations.

Loved CBI . Highly reccomend it . The staff and especially manager and physio therapist , Sherry saw me through a car accident and shoulder injuries.

This agency has the worst administrative staff and escalation accountability and only a few good PSW. My mother is a 82 open heart patient with Parkinson’s and dementia . We have had the worst experience over the year with PSW coming and leaving after 20 mins and during the “work hour” being in their phones. Also they don’t want to hold the shower over my disabled mom while showering. Sad thing is government LHIN services hire this agency. My tax dollars are being wasted.

I would like to give you guys a fair review. So please send me the link again. Specifically now that I am at another clinic and I have something to compare you with. This is my review: I didn’t receive physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment. I was not told about how over priced and biased the service was going to be. The place is in favour of the insurance company and not geared towards healing the injured. They try to trick you by trying to get you to say you are feeling perfectly fine; out of context. It seems the place is bugged. They are searching for ways to collect statements for the benefit of the insurance company. Thats their primary focus. I left every session in pain because they use to stretch my spine by pulling my legs. What kind on treatment is that? Which medical professional authorized this treatment. The pt guys tells you to do actions that causes more injury and they use broken devices for blood pressure. They used any excuse to maximize their profits by over lapping schedules. An injured person is most likely to be late for their appointments.They don’t even have a chiropractor but it says on their door that they do. So who is responsible for the treatment plan if you don’t have a doctor. Are these guys even certified or licensed to treat car accident injuries. If so then where is their medical doctor? I found a new place that’s not related to the insurance company. The new place has multiple doctors. They advise you based on facts. They encourage medical ultra sound and x rays to make the treatment more effective. I’m posting this review online because CBI put me and my family through pain and made our injuries worse. One person told us at CBI to put cold pack and the other person said put hot pack? What kind of nonsense is that. Its worth mentioning that CBI is very busy and under staffed. Also I remember being looked down upon by the staff. As if I was there to service them or they were better somehow. At least I’m not a fraud. I don’t hurt or deceive or create problems for a living. Best of all is that I don’t work for CBI. The professionals at my new clinic are doing a great job and they cost half as much, and they take their time. CBI people are crooks and conjures. CBI is a rip of thats run by insurance companies. I feel that I was taken advantage off in the worst way. I feel betrayed.
