Although the wait time was longer than we would usually prefer. The staff was apologetic and admitted they were short staffed. You could tell everyone was working as quickly as they could. The food was good quality and it was hot.

I've gotten take out from this location twice in the last couple weeks and both times there was something wrong with my order. First time missing fries and 2nd time ordered baconator and got a small cheeseburger. Of course didn't notice til I got home! "If" I ever go back, will have to check order before driving away.

Reprehensibly slow for β€œfast” food. Poorly trained, poorly managed staff – everyone’s running around doing everything instead of just manning their station, which leads to mix-ups and delays. I live across the street but will gladly drive 10 minutes out of my way to visit better Wendy’s locations.

Stopped by on my way home from somewhere. It's out of my usual travel area so it was my first visit at this location. The order was done right, made fresh, and ready quickly. I'm one of those weirdos who LOVES to eat their fries drenched in chocolate Frosty. They have to have the right amount of salt and be cooked a certain way to really hit home. Well, this location nailed it! The salt was perfect, the fries were nice and crispy but not crunchy and the Frosty was the right thickness. The rest of our food was hot and delicious too lol.

I don't understand how but they manage to mess up my delivery order every time. I'm just getting salads. I buy them for my lunches for the next few days when I'm too lazy to make lunch and somehow I get partial orders or incomplete salads EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've tried adding notes and even calling the store when I place my order but nope. They will manage to somehow still buff it. Like I ordered three full size salads, and somehow got one that was half sized and another that was just incomplete. No chili or chips for a TACO salad??? At this point I'm beginning to think this level of inattention to detail is a skill. I give up. Only order from this store in person so you can have them fix everything they got wrong in real time. Going through ubereats to get my money back is becoming a hassle.

This is possibly one of the worst Wendy's locations that I have been to in a long time. My main issues are the long wait time and the poorly trained staff. I had to repeat my order five times and the employees still did not understand because they simply do not know the menu well enough nor do they understand basic English. I figured that this was an isolated incident however when I returned the second and third time other employees also had a hard time preparing the order and took 20 minutes just to prepare French fries and a cheeseburger. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt because it's very close to my work place and I returned for a fourth time. On this occasion yet again my order took over 15 minutes- this is clearly not " fast food". I do not recommend this location if you are in a rush because you will have to expect to wait 15 to 25 minutes for your order. Management clearly needs to learn how to properly train their stuff to be more efficient.

I went here after my day at work nearby and I am tired and hungry so my sister and I went through the drive through as i was deciding my order, the lady on cashier was giving me attitude which make us feel pressure. I get it that we are taking longer than others and staffs are tired but I was in cashier before. Never had that disrespect to others so I do not know why staffs here have it. Afterward we were missing our wraps and had to drive around to get it back.

The woman helping me today (in drive thru) was so friendly and just good energy, and also got everything right without issue despite me having several substitutions. Also, I get my Wendy's burgers in lettuce wraps and I'll just say some locations have a difficult time executing and may even leave out toppings. This is twice I've gotten perfect burgers here. Good service from window to kitchen
