I	Imninder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst McDonald's experience of my life, came to drive thru and some girl named Shaylee was on the other side. Constantly kept on asking "is that all"? As soon as I started my order with the first thing. Had to order few things and was asked same thing after each. When at payment window, no gettings whatsoever and she was on her phone that time and super arrogant and rude customer service from her end. I usually don't like to say but if someone doesn't enjoy doing their job they better quit and do somewhere they think they can have a smile on their face while helping customers. Never going to this place again.

And employees also have very bad behavior so RUDE. The black lady just I ask if they have tissue coz no more in toilet then she talks very rude and bad words. WORSE AND WORSE EXPERIENCE HERE

No explanation for the delays and zero accountability for the lack of customer service or overall competence. I wish I could give it negative stars. Also if the employees are going to have an attitude the least you can do is perform the job you’re paid to do!
V	Viktoriya Prykhodko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this location my order is always wrong. Today I asked for NO onion and repeated it several times. I also double checked before receiving my item in the drive thru to make sure there was no onion. Once I got home I opened the bag and saw that the burger said ONLY onion. They also did not give us fries with our “meals”. This is not the first time that this has happened. Worst location ever. They can never get any order right. This place needs to either be closed down or have everyone be retaught how to do their job.

After that, the worker left me to stand for a decent amount of time before someone else on the floor inquired as to why she was keeping me waiting to take my order. She replied something to her and instead, her coworker took my order.

You are always waiting 10+ minutes for food and they mess up the order. Staff are rude, unprofessional and fighting with each other. Even the manager is not helpful here and fights with staff in front of customers. Don’t recommend coming here at all. Go to another Mcdonalds, the closest one is at sherway.

Got an ice coffee this morning and it literally taste like sugar. Recommend when getting items double check bag and try drinks to ensure it’s how you want it.
