A	Arif Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is good for drive trough not for Dine in. Hold me more than 10 mins to take my order but manager (Jay) keep talking with his employee, what a worst customers service i ever see in GTA. I will think twice to visit this place again.
M	Mushin media on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is one of the nicer Wendy restaurants. It has plenty of free parking, outdoor seating, and plenty of indoor seating. Service is quick and they always make sure your order is right. They have 2 Coca-Cola self dispensing machines and their condiments area is clean. Still very disappointed that they serve plastic straws. Most QSR have started to make the transition to paper straws. C'mon Wendy's you can do better. Overall this Wendy is a great spot if your in the area. 4/5 stars.

Came here Saturday morning to try the new breakfast, and I find it ironic that one of the three breakfast sandwiches I ordered didn't have any bacon. It looked like the sandwich in the commercial. Otherwise the breakfasts and coffee were just ok.

Remembering sauces when a customer asks for them for chicken strips or including a packet of ketchup when asked goes a long wY for basic customer satisfaction.
A	Agnes Shaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. We ordered 4 burgers from this location (Queensway) and they gave us 3. When we called, we asked if they could UberEats the extra burger but they said they couldn’t. We had to drive all the way back just to pick up one burger. We spoke to the manager and he was being rude to us over the phone. I’d suggest that if you’re picking up from this location, make sure you get separate bags for your orders.
J	Jim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regarding quality and consistency, I have never had an issue with this location. Every time I order, the burgers are not only well made, but they are "assembled" with care, as in you could typically take a photo and put it on the menu (at least in my visits).
J	John street on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a dump place! Went to order food inside and there was no one to server me at the cashier. Everyone was serving for the drive through. I asked if anyone will come and take my order - all of the looked at me same time than they continue what they were doing! Than I raised my voice telling if anyone will come and take my order and same thing happened. I was about to leave and this lady comes and ask me what I want to order. I said I was keep shooting here and what is wrong with you guys? She didn’t bunch a bit and didn’t even said sorry we are busy etc. I said I am sorry will be nice and she asked me what I want to order. I said who is the manager and she said it’s me. I said you should better quit your job and let someone does better! This place used to be really nice but all went down so badly. Never going back again.
D	De-colonizing Archives on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave’s double was good for a dollar more than the single. I used the app and got some chicken nuggets that were complimentary. Busy, location that could use some cleaning. One of the Pop machines could use refilling, and I did notice that people are asked to sanitize before using the touchscreen on the pop filling machines. Overall, the burger could use just a few seconds more so that the middle is a tad warmer.
