★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service last night! It was shocking how little attention was paid to the 4 of us. The order was wrong despite having repeated it and gotten a lot of "yes, yes, yes" without writing anything down. Please do not repeat 3 times as a substitute for writing the order down (it's annoying at the time and insulting when you get it wrong).
The service was ssooooooo slow I have never experienced this anywhere in months. The server missed getting utensils, and when she did, she threw them onto my mother's dessert plate! No refills for an hour. The bill included the items missed and the $2 discount didn't match the loss of the food which was not received.
Overall, the server had no waiting skills and the manager sat around a lot instead of staying upright and helping out.
Also the restaurant was so cold that we had to wear scarves and jackets at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always order here for takeoff. Unfortunately since the pandemic started the food quality and speed of service has gone down. The only good thing is they recognize this and issued a store credit. Hopefully one day they'll be back to being a 5 start favorite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and & eat at this location 1 or 2 times a month. Service is always very friendly from the hostess taking us to our table to the waitresses. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally eat here 1-3x a week while working. Though I have been experiencing some decline in service. Tonight I ordered online takeout for a Half Chicken dinner and a 5 piece chicken strips. First issue was the 5 chicken strip dinner never made it to the restaurant so I had to wait for it to be made, and when I got to work I opened the half chicken dinner to see barely a piece of breast in the box with a small wing attached., this is not the quality I've come to expect from this restaurant. Things need to get better, or I won't be ordering here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined on a Friday later in the evening before 9pm, we thought they closed at 10pm. Took us in right away. Once we realized that they were closing soon, we felt bad and said we would leave. But our server said it was no problem at all and took care of us right away. Her service was excellent. I haven’t had service as good as hers even at 5 star restaurants. Refilled drinks without asking, she was quick and made great suggestions about the menu. She had a great attitude and sense of humour and did not make us feel rushed at all, even though they were closing. Her name is Hongya and she is a huge asset to the company. Thank you for the excellent service. Definitely will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick gluten-free salesman's lunch in the car. Food was served hot and fresh. Service at the takeout counter was professional polite and efficient. The chicken and vegetables tasted delicious and I'm ready to carry on with a busy working day thanks to a good lunch.
