Absolutely fantastic experience here. Went with 11 family members. Ordered a bunch of food and everything came warm and tasty. No issues with amounts, and service was very attentive . Will definitely be back soon.

We had a suboptimal dining experience here. The interior is nice, as well as the service, although the food was abhorrent. Compared to other sushi all-you-can-eat restaurants, Spoon & Fork offered a limited selection of dishes plus no dessert, which in addition were basic and unoriginal. There is not anything unique about the food. The sushi rice was undercooked and too sticky, the tempura was hard and dry, the coconut shrimp and salmon pizza too as if they were left in a fridge for too long. Fried calamari was tough and difficult to eat, the Thai spring rolls were bland and stale, I could tell the fish was not fresh in some sushi rolls as they were mushy to the touch + lacked vibrancy, the Basil fish was very very very salty, they were food you would order from a substandard take-out restaurant but as this is a buffet I expected more. The food generally lacked much flavour, character, and authenticity and had nothing to offer. I am honestly estimating that their food is cooked with low-quality ingredients. It is challenging to make a delicious dish with low-quality ingredients. As a home chef they were dishes that could easily be replicated at home. For the food quality, the prices were disproportionate. The only dishes that I was somewhat satisfied with were the Chef’s Special Salmon and White Tuna tataki. Otherwise, I would not revisit this restaurant nor recommend this place for anyone. Two out of three guests from our party vomited after our meal. Our waiter did not inform us that we were looking at the dinner menu either. We had a child in our party but they charged an adult price without inquiring her age. Just a heads up for anyone considering this location for a sushi lunch or dinner and feedback for the chef here. Photos below.

For an all you can eat sushi and Asian cuisine, this place is a definite go to! The fish selection is good and fresher than other places in you'd find in downtown. Their other Asian starters and main dishes (Japanese and Thai mostly) are also good and tasty. This place won't disappoint, the only reason why it's not a 5 star is the service, it may disappoint you at times that servers may take orders wrong, don't visit table often, and forget orders or repeat others. This may also be due to reopening after Covid with more capacity that average for the past year. Great place nonetheless!

AYCE sushi, so many options and some of the freshest sushi we have had in the city. Delicious! Try the snow mountain roll and curry pumpkin soup!

I really love spoon and fork. We usually go for the all you can eat once a year. It's a bit on the pricy side but everything we order has such great flavour and is made fresh for you. This time we came for my mother's birthday. Anyone celebrating a birthday recieves a 50% discount. They gave her a slice of cake and sang a song. It was nice. The service is good however they sometimes forget to bring out things you order as they write them down vs ordering from a tablet (for example) We didn't mind waiting a bit longer as the food comes at various times. The spare ribs are great and the peanut chicken sauce is really good. The downside - there are only 2 desert options. I believe red bean balls and ice cream (vanilla or chocolate) If they added a couple of more options I would honestly change my review to 5 stars.

I came here with my family. This place is used to be very good and popular but not any more. I found the food quality is not as fresh and not many choices. We love sashimi but we only order 1 dish because we found they are not tasty. The server was nice since she keep asking us if we want anything else. We finished 95% of the food and left few sashimi on the plate but one of the server said we need to finish 100% otherwise they will charge for the food left over. I found it’s so funny since we didn’t order a lot and we try to eat all. But I told her that the food is not fresh, we don’t want to over eat and get sick when we get home. Anyhow, they even call the manager to come out to explain about the food cost is very expensive so they try to enforce the policy to all customers. We didn’t want to argue in front of our parents and our kids so me and my brother just split all the food left over to make them happy. Hahaha, we even give tips after all the trouble. We are not so smart. Are we coming back? FOR SURE NO WAY. We have many sushi restaurant in Toronto to chose from. TO MANAGEMENT: please be flexible and the customers are still the one who pay the bills, so make them happy instead of pissing them off. By the way, I hate to give bad review since most of my review is 5*. But in your case I want to share my experience so that you guys can improve and get better.

Ew. The only decent dish was the Wakame (seaweed salad). Lack of quality and fresh ingredients, menu is very limited and everything is sloppy. Crispy beef was cold and had no beef in it. Boston roll is just salmon and avocado. (Google this and you will find that it is NOTHING like they make it) They stopped serving Tobiko Fish Roe, for no apparent reason. So none of their dishes have it. But still do come with remnants (go figure that one out) I have no idea why it was packed or what people are on to enjoy paying 50$ per person for terrible food.
