Just recently he was able to help my wife and I obtain a mortgage. He is knowledgeable and when he is unsure he goes and get you the information. He will always look out for your best interests as opposed to the bank’s. If you want a solid guy that might even become your friend in the process, go see my friend Chinmay, it will change your banking experience forever.

After 3 weeks of poor service from other RBC branches, I am so glad that I approached my home branch here at queensway & kipling , though quite far away. With their expedient assistance, I finally had my mortgage renewal matter cared for, with utmost courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. They resolved what others did not do in 3 weeks, within just hours, over the telephone. They worked hard to seek out the best possible mortgage rates in today's market. Thanks to this sharp duo, I trust I will be in the best care with Samantha & Victoria, for all my future mortgage & financial needs.

As a result, the staff are top notch and possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced in a bank (I deal with 4 institutions). Always clean amd friendly, some of the tellers and client service reps are extremely family oriented and are actually happy when you bring in smaller children. When the line starts to build, some people in their offices, if they're doing paperwork, will actually pause what they're doing and help out at available teller spots. Jason (in the cage) and his coworker (can't remember her name) are astounding at business transactions. Frank with the tellers team, knows a tonne of his regular customers by name, and will let you know how long the wait will be. Kath with customer service, knows a bit about everything and can get you Client Service Rep Samantha is a staple (10+ years now) and a great asset to deal with. Fully educated beyond her requirements, she maintains her integrity and advises appropriately... as other institutions get the bad press for pushing products on people they just simply don't need. Open late on Thursdays until 8pm, and open on Saturdays as well, overly knowledgeable staff (obviously to train others), handle some of the more complicated transactions with the ease of a deposit or bill payment. Well done.

I went today to another branch, 515 The Queensway, but security even didnt let me in, considering my business its not important. They just open for nothing, to keep customers away. 1233 The Queensway is always the best!

She always works very hard to get the best rate possible. She returns all calls and emails in a timely manner. A pleasure to deal with. The tellers are very good at this branch too.
