L	Lily McMillian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is my experience with Kulwant: 1) Full of empty promises. Example: When she tells you she will call you back in 2 mins, it means "I will not call you back". She did this to me many times. I ended up calling her instead. Second example: she told me that she will call my lawyer immediately, she ended up not doing it. The lawyer has to call me to complain about her lack of communication repeatedly. My lawyer called her and left 4 messages the whole afternoon and the next morning too but she disappeared without calling back. 2) Lack of Preparation. On the day of closing she asked me for : NOA, proof of income, proof of bank account ownership. They should be asked 3 weeks ago not on the day of closing. We had to ask for 1 extra day delay closing. On that day she said there is a deficiency. The mortgage statement for one of the currenr house is missing. In fact we gave that to them on day 1. 3) Unprofessional. She gives us a sense that it is her first day on the job. I didn't want to write anything negative about anybody but I wanted to help other people so they don't have to be stressed out like us when they happen to get her. If I saw a review like this before, I would have stopped her on her track and got someone else or went to another bank. A note to Kulwant: please sharpen your skills soon. You really suck.

She is extremely professional, helpful and always provides good advise in regards to all my mortgage needs. For mortgage needs I would approach nobody but her. She has also been very helpful and courteous to my family who have also approached her in the past. Her responses are very prompt and in a timely fashion. BMO has gained my business over the past so many years only because of Kulwant. She was also very helpful when helping me with other banking requirements. I give her a 5 star rating all the way. I sent all supporting documents as per her request, based on the information she gave me with verbal assurance that mortgage can be done for me. Since then I tried contacting her multiple times over the phone and via text. She completely ignored all my requests, and didn't have the courtesy to reply back. I expected some professionalism but she failed with lack of communication.
