I went there last week with two rings. I wanted just a quarter sized from 9 to eight and three quarters just a quarter sized. The WOMAN there told me the man she deals with could try and fix and make a prong on one of the rings to be sized, (Both rings are silver.) So she tells me 20$ for each ring and if he can do the post and attach the face plate on the other ring, he will do it and it will be a minimum charge . She made no price on that one tiny post.A week later I called, SHE was suppose to call me.. Then she tells me she is leaving now just before 1 pm When I called I said you were suppose to let me know so I could pick the rings up this Sat. Well she waited and then charged me 80 dollars for both rings . What could I do, I know she would have kept them if I didn't, she is a liar,and she is a scammer. The price was totally outrageous. Twenty dollars to size a ring is good, so 40 dollars was fine to me for 2 rings , but 40 more dollars to solder a wire on top, NO, I will NEVER go there again . She is a rip off artist. People today make me sick. Obviously they don't have much business so they are charging people through the roof once you pick up your items. People are just so fn GREEDY today. I hope the place closes and SHE has no shop left. She does not (WILL NOT) hello give receipts, and gets angry when asked for one. (HELLO TAXES) I could tell by the look on her face she was nervous when she told me the price. That wad of money that you overcharged a disabled person is going to come right back to you KARMA DO NOT GO THERE. Peoples offered to do it for 40.00 I just should have went there. Oh well that money is going to bring her down. You steal from people with outrageous prices, and it will come back and SLAP you right back in the face. MARK MY WORDS. 80 Dollars maybe she just collected 40 on her own to go to the Polish Dance night club for Senior citizens. She is not paying her taxes.. She is stealing from the country that allowed her to live here.

Always great friendly service. Support local business. Been going there for years, I take both my son's and my Mistura watches there to have their batteries replaced. Oh!, and her dog is cute as hell

Dropped off a XXL Diesel watch with 6 dials and expected to have to return another day, they had it done in under 30 minutes and the price was right. They will have my business for any future service, great job!

They substituted my gold tisot watch for a watch that was not the watch i submited for repair, waiting for them to return my gold wrist band and gold watch!

Definitely a great place to get your watch batteries replaced. Owner was friendly and quick with service. There is a little dog behind the counter keeping "guard" with a bit of yapping, but the owner was quick to quiet it down.

Had them fix my Citizen Eco-Drive watch. First repair they replaced the battery but it was defective. They gladly provided another one for no charge. Will definitely use them again. P.S. The dog is awesome,

Honestly I wasnt going to write this review but since I would like either the owner or people to fix the service provided or received. I called in to replace my watch battery, and when she had taken my watch she said it was an easy fix, also $10. Great. When I got the watch back my timer dials were busted and stuck at 17. She tried fixing it but I felt bad to have her feel bad in front of me so I had left. Please be nice to your customers, and if your unsure of how the watch works give it back to the customer.

Like a previous reviewer mentioned, this place said they "lost" my Tag was watch .Another time they said I didn't even bring it there. I took my watch here, now it's gone. Don't trust this place .
