Don't know much on the Pharmacy side, but have been coming here for some time whenever I'm at the office and need to send something via Canada Post. I mostly come here for the convenience as the service is never friendly. On my most recent visit, there was a miscommunication regarding the region of the priority mail I was sending within Canada. I was originally charged a postage fee of more than $20 (which I did agree to) but then it turned out that there was misunderstanding of which province I wanted to send the mail to, so the charges were more expensive. The catch? Since I already filled out the envelope, I wouldn't get my money back for it. Was one of the most expensive envelopes I ever purchased in my life. Super pissed.

Exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff.? My family and I, have been dealing with them for years & would never consider changing pharmacies. Staff is helpful, pleasant and most of all personable. Thank you for your all your help and looking forward to doing continuous business. Ivanka

This pharmacy has out-standing customer service! My experience was amazing! The staff are so personable. I am on many medications and the pharmacist took a lot of time to customize my medications so I could fill them all at the same time. Something that other local pharmacies did not do. This is a great business in our neighbourhood and I will definitely continue to come here.

This is an amazing pharmacy! I love it and would not even consider going to a different one. They are knowledgeable, fast, reliable, personable and they are great with each and every customer! They are all pleasant and I leave with my prescription feeling good! I know that they go the extra mile to assure that each and every customer has all the information they want/need about their medication. Really, really good pharmacy.

Save on drug store is the absolute BEST drug store ever, they bend over backwards for their customers, awesome people that work there, I will never change drug stores and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you for everything you do

I'm all about supporting locals, but I will never come here again. I refuse to support this place. This is a delayed review as I didn't attend to write it at the time of my experience but when I saw a post on Alderwood facebook about supporting this place recently, I thought, no, instead here's my review. Terrible customer service. This place claim they care about customer service, patient care, etc. I don't buy it. I went here early this year and thought what it would be a quick visit. I went in to grab something for my mother who's waiting outside with my baby (weather wasn't so great to just wait around). First, I had a hard time finding things but that's ok, it happens.. but the staff were unhelpful. I don't feel welcome nor was I offered any assistance while walking back and forth obviously searching for something. The staff definitely saw me, but just continue doing whatever they're doing (didn't look like much honestly, and it was dead in there, I was the only customer). I finally found the item (stuff in there were dusty, had me checking the expiration date) and I stood at the cash out spot near the front , lottery area. The guy who's standing at the pharmacy area just about a meter away from me, didn't bother telling me that I should go to the cash near canada post area. He let me stood around waiting until I had to ask him if I can pay (there should be a sign telling me this cash is closed if you're going to be lazy to help customer). I finally went to the back, and NO ONE came to help me after that guy (I believe he's the owner based on the photo I seen) told me to go to the back. Two staff saw me and just ignored me. I stood there feeling all furious inside and I waited a bit more to see anyone would end up help me. Nope. So I decided not to ever support this place and left because my mother and baby is STILL WAITING OUTSIDE. I saw one of the staff who was about to slowly walk over to "help" me when I stormed out. No thank you. The worst drug store because of the people in here.
