★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication with this place is horrible. They rarely pick up the phone, and if they do they put you on hold and never get back to you/don’t answer the msgs you leave on their voicemail. The only reason I still go is because Dr. Oczachowski is nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the dental clinic for a cleaning and to my surprise they found five cavities and had to do a root canal plus recommended two cleanings.
I used up all my benefits over two years with services there. My teeth is in the worse state ever and the tooth the root canal was done on got infected. I called to ask to get an appointment and because I'm out of benefits they refuse to look after or fixing their error. The receptionist said call us back when you have benefits.
It's been almost three years I'm in severe pain and will now have to spend $100's to get their mistake fixed. I'm a little skeptical of returning there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously reconsider if you are contemplating a doctor here. Mine was excellent (thus the 2 stars), however after 7 years of consistently unhelpful, often downright rude reception staff and my GP on 2 back to back maternity leaves with half a dozen fill-in doctors, I can't see any reason to go here anymore. Almost every call or request is simply frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist that answers calls for the doctor clinic should be fired. She is incompetent. She never answers calls nor returns messages. I had to drive 30 mins all the way there to make to try to make an appointment. She also pretends that she cannot hear you through the plexiglass however if someone is speaking Eastern European, there is no issue.
Please do us a favour, if you don’t like your job - QUIT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my Doctor , she is fantastic at the clinic . However the receptionists are rude and do not understand what the patient is asking for . When they don’t understand they talk over you and DO NOT listen to what the patient is asking instead of saying we don’t do this ? Honestly the phone is never answered and messages go unanswered for days on end when you need to see your doctor . Not everyone who comes to the clinic as a patient is Eastern European .
They seem to understand what you are asking . Customer service is still tops not matter what is going on .
