B	B Jim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Employees are always "busy". Multiple occasions money has been miscounted ( undercounted) and tried to short us until we told them to recount it. The employees are too concerned with their appearance than their job. Will be moving branches soon as this place is a 0 star location. The whole branch needs a overhaul.
S	Stella Dogovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given -5 stars if possible. Went in to get a certified cheque and because my current IDs we're expired I was refused. Had my bank card with me,my pin,and yet the manager there would not accept that . Thank goodness I made my way to the TD at coxwell off the Danforth, they were very much accommodating. They mentioned that under 2500 would not need an ID and my bank card and correct pin we're sufficient. Very unaccommodating at the kipling TD..and will never go to that location again.

After patiently waiting for 10 mins near the front help desk not one person approached yet watched me waiting. Finally I approached an FA who was eager to leave and told me hed get me another advisor. Now waited an additional 5 mins the advisor asked if I was opening a business account and I said no attaching a personal account so he handed me off to another rep. Finally another 5 minutes went by and we were approached and told to come back another day as their closing in 30 mins. Wow! Rated number 1 in customer service what a hoax. It should be rated 1 number as the best bank.

At the end of the transaction a male TD associate inserted himself into the conversation, after the teller asked him a question about a system glitch. He told me not to mind his female colleague “It’s take your daughter to work day, she’s making things up.” I had had a positive experience with the female teller. My transaction was almost completed. I advised the young female teller to stand up to him once in awhile. She laughed it off, but from an outside perspective, the comment the male associate made was completely out of line. I felt the male coworker belittling his colleague out of nowhere to me, also a young female, was rather shocking in the post #MeToo era. He obviously misjudged his audience. I won’t be back to this branch.
