They took extra time and effort to go through the process with us and answer any questions or concerns we had. Audrey, the finance manager, was also very helpful with the financial applications. Jerry in particular was very helpful during the entire process. He explained each and every aspects of the car and related areas very nicely and patiently. For first time car buyers it was very useful.
Before the scheduled delivery date, I had injured myself and was not in position to drive. Jerry and Anthony went out of their way to ensure the car is delivered to me.
Anthony was very proactive and helped us with all the paper work and went above and beyond in ensuring timely delivery of the car.
