I have been receiving service from Marino's for a few years and have always found them to be honest and helpful in all dealings. I recently was faced with the task of purchasing a new car. Dave S and others were very helpful at helping me decide which vehicle was right for me. I received outstanding, top of the line service from everyone that I dealt with in the dealership. All my questions were answered without any high pressure sales tactics!

The team at Marino's was fantastic! Cristian was professional, patient and very quick to reply to all my questions. The whole process was painless. Even the financial team was great. Everything was first class! I love my new Subaru!

Awful experience! Had to spend countless dollars on repairs that should have been covered by the warantee. There was once a very large decal on the back window that the dealer agreed to remove when negotiating at time of purchasing, 2 days after bringing the vehicle home it literally exploded to the same shape? very unprofessional when discussing the issue! buyers beware.

I just picked up my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport today. I had an awesome experience with the staffs. Iouri is amazing and very knowledgeable of the product, warranties, features, etc. Brendan was clear and very professional with explaining the lease term agreements. They listened to all of my questions and answered them. As a first time buyer, they never pushed sales but rather showed me the vehicles and to try it out to see if I liked it. I really enjoyed their customer service. Even the receptionist was very warm and friendly. I felt so welcome here. I would definitely recommend friends, families, and acquaintances to Marino's Auto. Excellent service guys! Thanks for the Subie keychains!

Wasim El Bornou is hands down one of the best sales man i have ever dealt with. From the moment i walked into the show room he let me know he was there to help me. He genuinely was a really great person to deal with. He did not treat me as a number or a sale but as a human being more like a friend. He answered all the questions i had and provided me with all the vehicles i wanted to test drive. I have bought many cars before but never was i ever treated as a friend when buying a car. He got me the best deal and was not pushy. He didnt come back with outrageous numbers like most sales people, he came back with a shockingly really good price on a 2017 Honda Civic Touring. It was a real pleasure having Wasim as my salesman. I highly recommend to see him when purchasing a Honda. He will go above and beyond to make you get the best deal and that your a satisfied customer. I wish Wasim all the best in his career. He is a real stand up guy. Just go in and see him and you will see why and not to mention you will also leave with a great product and a great deal!!!

I brought in my vehicle to Marinos Subaru Dealership with a front end shake and a request for oil change. Moataz Elhalwa at the desk diagnosed a $16 part with a $4000, quote. Control arm Bushings, new tires, a charge to use a torch, arbitrary spark plug, etc. etc. In addition to the astronomical repair quote he added an $800 "C" Service which is ultimately an oil change (normally $120) and a pat on the bum. At first Mo had given me an email with typed prices instead of a quote, this is where he detailed many "add ons" hoping I would say, yes do it all. I I didn't see a quote until 4 emails later. I worked with my extended parts warranty team to ensure the defective part (Bushing) was covered. When Moataz Elhalwa submitted the quote to the parts coverage team he had changed the quote and removed the labour, and went back a second time with a different quote, asking for more money(from the coverage team) on the vehicle than required. I don't recommend this place of business. They have a team on the front line trying to inflate the damage on your vehicle, or inflating your bill, and if that doesn't work, they'll inflate the bill with your parts coverage company.

Worst service to be in!!! Do not deal with these scammers. They are irresponsible and they lie ti your face without any shame. (Purchased brand new range rover sport from this dealership and car was in the service for 3.5 month in first 4 month of ownership and they blame me for issues in the car also lied to my face and when i prove them I wasn’t lying they even refuse to service me)

Really great experience dealing with the Land Rover service department. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My car was serviced in time and to factory specs, thank you for the amazing cleaning job.
