It had nothing to do with safety certification or overall condition of the car. I just mentioned it to Vic in passing as a comment, I did not ask for any money back as I well understood that this was just a case of bad luck. I was so impressed when Vic immediately offered to pay the full cost of the repair and sent out a cheque to me the very same day! Trustworthy and highly recommended dealership.

Vic jr was the easiest person to deal with. He met all my expectations on buying a pre owned vehicle. He knew more about the Mercedes S550 then the salesmen at Mercedes. If you want to buy a quality vehicle and have a great espresso, make sure you go to dell fine cars.

I’m usually very cautious about most dealerships but right off the bat felt at home with Dell... Thank you again guys for showing me there still is that old school buying experience where you can actually trust people and get value and service for your hard earned dollars. I purchased a vehicle last year back in November from Dell Fine Auto. I went to about 7 new and used car dealers looking for this particular model. Of all the vehicles I test drove Dell Fine Auto had the cleanest vehicle with a clean car fax, which is very important for resale. He allowed me to test drive and inspect it with no pressure. I have not had a single problem with the vehicle and enjoy driving it daily. I would highly recommend Dell Fine Auto for anyone looking for a used vehicle. I will be going back for my next purchase and for my daughters. A big thanks to Vic and his father for making my used car buying experience seamless and stress free. The service was excellent.
