Humberview Chevrolet Buick GMC

It is always a 3 hr wait to get anything done including an oil change at this dealership. My wife recently brought her lease in for an oil change. Because we drive less her car had only 7000 km on it. The sales in service (Craig) conned her into getting a wheel alignment and tire rotation. He said it would cost her $350 a tire to replace if she didn't do it. The service took 3 hrs, the oil change was free through the lease and the total was $240. I was appalled and will never go back to this dealership.

I Made a Deal on November for a truck, I was told that the truck would be arriving mid December, so I was fine with it, getting close to mid December I was told that second half of December, I was fine with that too, only one more week of waiting right. Right now we are in mid January and I still don't have the truck, next week it is going to complete 2 months since the deal was done, it is being very frustrating the experience. I have been asking for updates every week and all that I hear every time is that they are receiving trucks daily and that they are having problem with the drivers getting the trucks... Since the deal was done I never got any delivery date, it always "maybe next week". They said that they would try to contact GM to see if they can get any update, but it did not help at all, everything that I was told was again that they were having a hard time finding drivers to get the trucks. My suggestion is, DO NOT make a deal with the dealership if the car is not immediately available for you to pick up, do not buy a car that is in-transit to the dealership. Once my problem is solved I will give an update in this review. *** February 2nd Nothing changed, I have been trying to get updates directly with the dealership every week, that’s funny to say “contact us directly” since I’ve been trying to do it for a few week and nothing yet.

What a great experience, and we didn’t even end up buying a car! Well, actually we did, even if it was for just over 48 hours. Frank Bauco and Rob Perri are true gentlemen, and it was clear from the start that they put the customer first. With the recent theft of our vehicle the week before, we were obviously in a little panic to replace it with a worthy ride. As we navigated our insurance requirements and pending settlements, it became clear that we would require some more time to research and make an informed decision. Frank and Rob recognized this and did not hesitate at all in cancelling the deal. When things settle, we can’t wait to get back to deal with them, and neither should anyone else. I want to write a review on Tom Beard of Humberview Chevrolet Buick GMC. Tom is the best Sale’s rep out there, back in May when I was looking to see what a Custom Trail Boss was like He told me to come down and look at his only used one on the lot. So what made the experience so good was he was very polite, honest, knowledgeable and best thing listened to my ask’s. I was actually going to place a custom order with another dealership and Tom said if you feel comfortable with myself lets talk after you look at the Trail Boss. My 2 kids and Father was with me and again Tom was so kind to them and answering all my father’s questions including mine. So based on how Tom presented himself and took the time with us, I decided to place the custom order with him and all I can say is WOW !! it was simple, as Tom is very detailed to make sure everything you want and require are there, with NO Up selling !! ? . Tom spent at least 3/5 to 4 hours with us to make sure we are all good. So through the entire process from when the GM order was placed Tom kept me update with what was going on with the order. With the chip shortage that is happening today Tom made sure I was fully aware all things to do with the truck / order. What I have to say is if you are looking to purchase any type of GM vehicle this is your guy and you need to visit him, I am very honest in this review and I think Tom Beard is so truthful, easygoing, honest and knowledgeable and again never tried to upsell me on things.
