Buying a car can be a serious and difficult process, to make sure you are getting a good quality vehicle. We purchased our Audi from Vitaliy in May of 2017, and are very pleased with the result. He even took the time to carefully go through the different insurance packages, putting ourselves in his shoes. There are many cars to choose from on the market, but sometimes it's the sales person that makes the difference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to ask about the details of a used car and he was so unprofessional. He insulted me and was questioning back. I am new to Canada and I didnt have much knowledge about cars. So I was asking him many questions. He was so rude and talking to me in attitude like 'if there is any problem for the car in the future, that is not my problem it is your problem'!
I am 7 month pregnant and the conversation with that person spoiled my entire emotion. I have spoken to many dealers but this is the first time someone talking to me like this. I am generally a very soft spoken person and I talk so politely to other people. But this person made me angry. I disconnected the phone
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!! No compassion to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting numerous deanships my wife and I stumbled across Auto Start GTA. The owner was genuinely friendly and took the time to select the correct car for us. What won us over is the fact he actually cared to find the right match for us and not just do a quick sale. We ended up buying a BMW 3 series. Its been now a month since shes been driving it, she loves it. Thank you for your patience and helping out with the financials!
