Got an awesome deal at this dealership!!! Sasha’s very kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I’m very happy with my new car. Overall the car purchase experience is truly a 5 star one.

After driving my newly purchased Passat for under week, the FRONT WHEEL ALMOST FELL OFF ON THE HIGHWAY!!! I was forced to pull over after not being able to steer to find that all the wheel nuts were loose and I had even lost one!!! I checked all the wheel nuts and the majority of them were all loose. Some just spun around with my fingers. Even the nuts that required a security key were loose. I called the dealership and Sasha said that someone must have tried to steal my rims. He ignored the fact that I park in a secure government building and even more so that you would need the security key to loosen some of the nuts. He told me to bring the car back and his mechanic would look at it. I was hesitant because it was his in-house mechanic who changed the breaks before I bought the car and likely forgotten to torque the wheel nuts (typical mistake for bad mechanics). I asked Sasha to provide a tow since the vehicle was unsafe for highway to which he refused. Since I was on my own having to pay myself, I took it to the Volkwagen dealership. They confirmed that the mechanic failed to torque the wheels as there was no way all of them could have loosen by themselves. I asked Sasha for the maintenance records to which he refused to provide. He never gave me the Safety Inspection at the time of purchase and is not providing it now. I even asked to speak to the mechanic and was told he would call me back but never did nor return my messages. I trusted him at the time of purchase but now I regret my decision. During my time there I told him about my babies and need for a safe car for them to be in which he assured me this was. Clearly a sales tactic and he doesn't care. I have had to go to the Ministry to file a complaint as this vehicle should have never passed safety or been sold the way it was. The in-house mechanic is also liable for the poor work he performed. Oh ya and a bunch of trouble lights went on the day before the tire almost fell off. It is likely that they just cleared them so that I didn't see them when test driving the car. I attached a few pictures from the videos I took. I tried to upload the video and it wouldn't let me. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

I bought a car from this dealership after searching for a car for sometime. By so far this was the best experience in my car search, the best customer service and deal from all other dealers. Sasha is very knowledgeable about cars, he answered all my questions and the whole transaction was smooth with no hustle. If you are looking for a used car I highly recommend that you visit this place first. You will save time and money, and walk away with a big smile in a car you love. Highly recommended! 5 stars deserved !!!!!

He sold me a car with many hidden problems and don’t want to help me. He basically scammed me. Dishonest person. Big liar. Don’t believe his words nor his cars.

Loving my Great Car purchase! Sorry for the late review. The right car at the right price came just when I needed it! You have to be reasonable when buying a used car out of warranty because what you see is what you get, but since it was such a nice car at a good price I bought a warranty to protect my purchase. Even so, I could see that they carefully selected this car for their inventory because it was almost flawless. I was anxious to pick it up ASAP but Sasha made sure that it was perfect before delivery.

I recently bought my car, a 2015 Mazda 3, from Sasha at great cars inc. He made the process extremely easy for me as It was my first time buying a car myself. He was very patient and kind and made me feel extremely safe about my purchase. Once the car was purchased, he made sure I knew how everything worked and helped me set everything up.
