Buying a luxury sports car is a big decision and he was patient and very helpful in answering all my concerns including warranty, features etc. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time looking into purchasing a super car but he didn't pressure me at all and provided great customer service. Entire process from taking me through numbers and even test drive was handled very professionally with no pressure. Terry made the entire process so easy and effortless by requesting pictures of forms etc. this way we didn't have to go in multiple times. The day of the pick-up was also very organized. He accommodated my friend test driving the car for me, servicing, retrieving all the OEM equipment and ensuring payment/sale was seamless. He also arranged transport of the car to me on the Westcoast and the car arrived safely and just as described. Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase another luxury/sport/super-car from Len/GTA. He offered top money on my trade in and despite me having some delays to close the deal he held the vehicle for me even when he had dealers and customers calling for the car. Rich is a very genuine person to buy an exotic supercar from as he gives you the white glove service and treats you fair when it comes to quality and price for all his vehicles.
