The staff were knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in picking out paddles and helping load the canoe onto my truck. Quick, comfortable, and safe transaction in a trying time. A great experience, and an awesome canoe. Cheers.

I am very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a SUP board in May of 2021 with an expected 2 week delivery. 16 weeks later and I still have nothing. While I understand that there are delays and that happens, the runaround I have received from this company is ridiculous. Every call I have made I have been told a different story and that I should expect it soon. Now the summer is over and I still have nothing. And no one can tell me when to expect the board. Cannot wait to receive it in January in Toronto. Will be a great addition to my storage closet.

Didn't seem to take it "personal" that, despite spending signiificant amount of their time, I ended up not purchasing anything (apparently not great demand for >200 lb kayakers in need of wetsuits for early-season trips out onto Lake Ontario!). Certainly a huge choice in terms of kayaks and canoes
