★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store because the selection and the service are both exceptional. I agree with another reviewer who describes it like a candy store. We searched throughout the GTA for tile that was unique and lovely at a good price and somehow landed here. In particular the selection of encaustic tile is terrific. The owner and the staff are helpful if one needs any advice and that's a good thing when the market is saturated with choice. You can go to check out other retailers first as we did, but in the end it only served to reinforce that this was a great place to end up. We have returned for a second renovation and we come from out of town because we know we can count on this store. Female owned business too. Love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't believe a tile store can be that exotic, it looks like a candy store. It can't be told from it's exterior until you step in the store. A huge variety of tiles with excellent selections. I loved most of their selections even though I only need to pick 2 for my bathroom renovation. The sales staff there (Katie) was very professional, helpful and polite.

Went back for shower tiles & found something we liked but above our price point & again Goldie went above & beyond to help. From the smile we got when we entered to follow up phone calls I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. Thank you Goldie!
