★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edward and Paola are very pleasant to work with. Needed to find a tile for a feature wall in a shower, they have a great selection of pretty much any tile you need with excellent pricing. We needed our tile right away hoping to pick it up from them that day, unfortunately the tile I picked was stocked at their Toronto location. Edward made sure we had the tile next day early afternoon, very pleased with customer service. I would recommend you pop in next time you need tiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service from Edward. Due to some delays due to covid the staff at X-Tile were always friendly and kept me informed and updated as to when my tiles would arrive. X-Tile also has a great selection of tiles. Love the ones we picked and already have so many compliments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “I went to the showroom at Signet. The place is small but had a great selection of tiles in stock which was different from Olympia tile, to where my contractor had sent me. I needed backsplash and kitchen floor tiles and the salesperson was very helpful and patient, even though I had no idea what I was looking for. I was able to purchase beautiful tiles that luckily were on clearance. My kitchen looks great!”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend X-Tile. Their selection, prices and service are unbeatable! I've been to their locations on Signet, Dufflaw and Queensway. All have a phenomenal selection of tiles. Excellent service from Edward, Dursun, and Lucy. We have purchased all our tiles from them for different projects, both small scale and large scale. And I can honestly say I wouldn't consider any other tile company to purchase from!!
