I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, which wasn't the case with other places... Would gladly do business with squarefoot again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will just say be careful what you buy since they don't tell you verbally that "no return /no cancellation policy" even if you can cancel after 5 minutes in store.
They will make you sign invoice but you may not thinking other than formality since you trust but you are signing "no return/no cancellation" terms so once you decide make sure that's your final decision.
I had bought 1200 sqf of engineered hardwood and had 4 boxes left over so when I went to return they charged me 25% restocking fee and when I said why 25% he said I am doing favor for accepting return with 25% restocking fee and I was like seriously. you are charging 25% restocking fee and doing favor .

They went out of their way to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend these guys, they are absolutely better than any other flooring contractors we have dealt with.

Square foot tracked them down and we were able to pick them up just a day later. It was an easy experience and the customer service was great. Would give more stars if I could.
