★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sergio and his team were nice, however they did a poor job installing my luxury vinyl flooring. Half way through the job, I noticed that some planks weren’t connected smoothly. I inquired and he informed me that my floor wasn’t level and that he couldn’t nail into concrete.
A few weeks later, I noticed there were many spots where the planks were uneven. I messaged him, and he reiterated that my floors weren’t level. He suggested that I purchase glue and try to fix it!!!??? If this was going to be a problem with the install, why wouldn’t he just glue the planks together WHILE he was laying the boards. Now, I’m left with brand new flooring that has “soft” spots throughout. Not very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sergio was fantastic at refinishing our staircase. He worked great with the contractor that refinished all our floors perfectly. He ensured that all the stain and finish matched and coordinated with all the other jobs that were happening at our house at the time. He showed up early and on time when scheduled! That for us seemed to be a first. We have always had problems with people showing up late or not showing up at all the giving us excuses. He was reliable and very friendly. I was very nervous and he put my mind akt ease. We are constantly getting compliments on how beautiful our staircase is. It is truly a focal point of the house. Thank you Sergio for you hard work and perfectionism.
