Also special thanks for the project manager who ensured everything went smoothly. He truly listened and understood our project, in terms of what we needed, our budget, our timing and our taste. His suggestions and ideas were extremely helpful and eye-opening from the beginning. We had met many other contractors but he was the only one who was true to his initial promises with accurate estimates and delivered over and beyond. His level of expertise, experience, time-management and his team all exceeded our expectations and we cannot be any happier with our renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started with a small project of replacing flooring and dropped ceiling to a full blown kitchen and family room remodel. Every detail, from design to tear down to construction was done with expert skill and attention. Every sub was courteous and well qualified. If there was an issue, it was attended to immediately. I cannot imagine another company doing a better job. ModernView is the best.
