G	Gianluca Ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing people here fantastic staff that are very knowledgable and care a great deal for the work they do and the children they care for. I Highly recommend this childcare location. I have had more than one experince with the PLASP program and it has always been positive. They have great programming that really support students for life both inside and outside the classroom. My children love the PLASP program and have always had a positive experince. This location is very convenient lots of parking and has a very clean and secure building. Traffic is your typical school zone and busy during both the morning and afternoon drop off times. Overall it is located in a great area just down the road from the 403 and many other stores.
L	Ligia Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a grandmother, I can only say that I witnessed the impact of such a irresponsible, inconsiderate and unreliable this center and the staff can be. My granddaughter was close to be taken by a total stranger as the staff did not even know my granddaughter was still in the playground alone for almost 30 minutes. The impact of this behavior has created so much pain in my granddaughter and instability to the family. It is upsetting to state that the so called professionals were not courageous enough to apologize and even ensure any counseling or support to this family, especially the child involved. I will not recommend this place for anyone unless the entire staff is changed and continue to be under supervision. Someone must be in a dare need to choose this place. I would not even recommend it ever as I value children, their safety and their well being.

My friend's three year old was left outside by herself in the dead of winter for over 20 minutes.. it was dark and very cold that day, if it was not for the goodness of a gentleman going by who knows what would have happened to Catherine. Her parents never received so much as an apology and these people never took accountability for their carelessness.. this centre needs to be investigated and subsequently closed..
R	Rebekah Rampersad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine walking pass a day care and seeing a little girl crying and screaming outside in -9 degrees in the winter all by herself. Due to PLASLP carelessness, they did this to my niece. There is no words to really describe this horrendous irresponsibility of this day care. The fear this poor little child has on being alone, or if someone is just simply leaves the room for a min. This is a fear that she might have her whole life because of this daycare. I would never recommend this daycare to my worse enemy.

A stranger form the parking lot heard my daughter cry from a distance at around 5pm and was brought to safety . No support has been provided after the incident . An investigation was completed and deemed it to have been unsafe and putting my child's life at risk . As a parent it is my obligation to shed light on the traumatic experience as no child life should be put at risk .
A	Andrea R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a devastating phone call while i was at work that one of the workers failed to do a head count and left my 3 yr old daughter alone in the playground for over 25 minutes . This incident was around 5 in the evening with the weather of -9 degrees Celsius. My daughter Catherine Robello was found by a stranger who happened to hear her crying in from the parking lot . The impact on my daughter has been so great that she is constantly afraid of being left alone or if a family member leaves a room she is asking "where or why are we leaving her " . There are no words to describe how horrible of a traumatic even this caused due to the PLASP NEGLIGENCE . NO SUPPORT was provided for my daughter during nor after the incident - Area Manager - Michelle Farias did absolutely nothing to ease nor support my family and i during this time . When she asked what they could do to help i had mentioned my daughter needing a few counselling sessions as she appeared extremely afraid and we received the response of the Area Manager that although they put my daughters life at risk and harms way that the counselling sessions will be under our own expense and PLASP would not be reliable for any support. So i guess this leaves each and every parent reading this very transparent and heart wrenching experience of a parent who could have very likely lost their child forever ...if you have the opportunity to change centres please don't take the chance on your child as a parent it's my obligation to tell you the risks and implications we went through.
R	Ramone R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to this daycares negligence, my niece was left all by herself outside becuase an individual who works at PLASP didnt do a proper head count. After addressing with management at the daycare they did absolutely nothing to reprimand this person responsible. PLASP lack of accountability scares me and makes me feel like if they severely hurt or kill my own child they wont take any action, care or any responsibility. This place needs to shutdown asap and lose its license. Hazard for all families. I WOULDN'T LET THEM TAKE CARE OF A DEAD SPIDER.
T	Tony Robello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our granddaughter Catherine has attended Plasp, St.Jude location and we had to immediately pull her out of the center this year due to the negligence and gravity of the situation. The center neglected to do a head count of the children resulting in leaving our granddaughter unattended in the middle of winter 5:30PM. As a family this has truly affected us as we could have lost our grandchild that night . We are appauled that after trusting PLASP to keep our young ones safe and protected they did quite the contrary which was to put our 3 yr old daughters life at risk. The followup after this incident was poor and frankly a huge disappointment as NO support was given to Catherine nor concern for her emotional and mental wellbeing. Lack of Responsibility, Lack of Accountability, Untrustworthy and a danger to kids would be a complete understatement in this manner.
