★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and here's why: thorough, honest without up-selling unnecessary service or parts + 2 free car washes + 4 visits before free service. Went for an oil change on Sat, Mar 16 and one tech recommended changing the differential fluid which drastically improved the performance of my 2010 Mustang. Basically the tech accurately pinpointed a problem without me having to describe any issues (and I knew there was a minor issue with my car but did not realize it was the diff until the fluid change). Another bonus: techs were patient trying to get my attention and talk to me when I had my focus on my cell phone with my car window closed. On the bill: itemized, well organized, easy to read with a service check list and future recommendations. Good quick work and good guys working there. Thank you-->you are appreciated :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulled into lot seconds after another car. He got in ahead of me and pull right into the bay, no problem. Employee comes out and says "Oil change?" I said yes. He says "25 minutes" 25 minutes to do an oil change? He hasn't even spoken to the guy who just pulled in. So my question is. Why is this place called Quick Lube? How can this place sustain itself doing only 2 oil changes an hour?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabian is great. Although not time for my oil change, I was worried about an oil pan leak. He was more than welcoming to lift my car onto the hoist to check for damage. Would recommend you go here if you need a quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price changed was higher than what was quoted on the phone despite me asking specifically for an out the door price. When I arrived the guy was hesitant at first ( there was a sign saying out to lunch at 4 pm) and asked if I had an appointment (the website and initial phone call said that no need for one). The oil change itself took 10 min and was done properly and professionally from my limited view point. Having 2 free car wash is a good bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My conventional oil change was charged $65 when the posted price is $45. Even refused extras which was offered. The oil change also comes with free extras such topping of all fluids. But once you are done oil change, the service ends right there. Must be more transparent with pricing and complete all extras as posted on the wall!

Fabian was beyond kind and I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend this place. Also fast service. Amazing thanks Fabian

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Walked in and got zero help from mechanic. Stared at me and kept working on someones car. So I said excuse me how long for a n oil change? He answered “10 minutes” and kept working. I didnt know whether to wait inside, go back to my car, or what I was supposed to do. So I waited for a bit longer woth still no communication from worker then I decided to leave. Clearly didnt want any more business. Worst customer experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is One of the most efficient oil change places I have been to in Mississauga. Also as an added bonus you get two free car washes. This is a great one stop shop for fuel, oil, car wash, detailing and breakfast.
