★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were there for me when no one else was. I was stranded on my way into work when one of the mechanics “Ahmad” spotted me down the road from their shop. Turned out I needed a new battery. I’ve been going back ever since for all my vehicle needs and wouldn’t trust anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hensall Auto are run by a family. Both father Riaz and son Fayez are honest, knowledgeable car mechanics who understand all types of cars and service things in a cost effective manner. I have messaged Fayez many times on Whatsapp regarding a video of a car issue and he diagnoses things for free for me without charging.
There was a time when my father was in a hospital situation and Fayez had to immediately fix my Altima's malfunctioning TPMS. He fixed the issue and didn't even charge me knowing I was falling behind schedule to pick up my father. It is this sort of excellent customer service that has hooked me to Hensall Auto for life. Definitely worth your time and money. These guys won't swindle you like others crooks in the Auto business. Two thumbs up for Hensall Auto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to stumble upon Hensall Auto, due its close proximity to my work, and I am ever so happy that I did! Truly the best auto shop I’ve dealt with! Kanaan is so professional, respectful and knowledgeable! Rest assured, you can trust your vehicle is in great hands when you come to Hensall Auto. I have now brought my Mini in for various jobs, and all of my concerns and car issues have been attended to, and fixed within a timely manner. Not to mention, prices are very reasonable! I recently had an issue with a blade wedged into my winter tire, and although I didn’t have an appointment, Kanaan squeezed me into his busy schedule to assess the damage/safety of my tire and correct the problem. I highly recommend Hensall Auto! I also recommend that you ask for Kanaan, as you can trust that he will attend to the needs of your vehicle! Thank you Hensall Auto! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever dealt with. I went to fix my car, the mechanic damaged another part of the car and engine fluid was leaking. The mechanic refused to fix the damage he caused and wanted me to pay him an additional cost ($180) when it was his fault for his careless and inexperienced handling of my vehicle. I got a second opinion from another mechanic and he confirmed that the damage was due to the previous mechanics installation of the part. The other mechanic only ended up charging me $120 for his services. Not only did he try to overcharge me and make me pay for the damage he caused; he was extremely rude, unprofessional, expensive and inexperienced. I highly do NOT recommend you using their service. He is a very dishonest person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father found these guys around 16 years ago. I have been going to this location ever since. Everyone is very friendly. Work is always done on time and you are never over charged. During my years, I have seen many customers come by and go, and never seen one complaint.
Shop is family owned and they run it with integrity.
I am not affiliated with them in any sense of the word. I just like dealing with people who are decent human beings.
I highly recommend them.
