★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I got Zoran's reference from one of my family members who had a very good experience with his work and staff; specially one of his mechanic named Krunal.
My auto required a full brake work on all 4 wheels including new rotor & pads. I got a very good quote on parts & labor from him. I was quickly able to get an appointment.
When I arrived at his shop, I was greeted with a smile and introduction. He already had ordered the parts and though I was little late, he immediately took my auto to perform the work. I was expecting that it will take some time as he had to work on one wheel at a time. To my surprise, both Zoran and his mechanic Krunal immediately started working simultaneously so it took half of the time than what I had expected.
During the whole process, both of them were checking each part carefully. They thoroughly cleaned and lubricated all brake calipers before reinstalling them. Once the auto was ready, Krunal took it to a small test drive just to make sure everything was fine. Though I was ready to pay while Krunal was gone, Zoran waited to make sure everything was fine before accepting the payment. This shows how honest he was.
The shop was very tidy and after when work was completed, they cleaned the floor very well & put everything back at the right place. Very professional work.
If I have to leave an auto with him for any major work for few days, I definitely would trust him.

In addition, he also presented several repair options, making it possible for me to understand and make a choice that works for me. Zoran performed all repair works as agreed upon, with no hidden costs and exactly on time! Excellent service and I would highly recommend this repair shop, as I did to the members of my family! Thank you and keep up great job!
