★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I schedule my 2013 Hyundai for twice yearly service appointments to keep everything running smoothly. The experience is always stress-free with an appointment set up within the next few days.
If Marc and his team are busy, they will call you back within an hour. This was particularly helpful when we had an issue earlier this month when we were up north. Marc called me back right away and agreed to assess things when I returned to the city.
They always do a complete assessment and provide sensible recommendations on maintenance (e.g., oil filters, brakes, tires) when they spot a problem. The work is completed that day or early the next day. Every time I have requested one, a loaner car was available.
I give this shop 5 stars because they treat their customers with respect and take good care of their vehicles. During covid19, they quickly set up distancing protocols that kept their staff and customers safe.
I have been bringing my cars to Marc and his team for over 25 years. I find their prices and level of service better than the dealership.

You will always get an honest assessment of what is needed and there is no pressure to make a decision the prices are reasonable and the workmanship is top quality. I have been taking my 3 vehicles to Mark for 20 years and my daughters bring their vehicles to him as well. Mark takes great pride in making sure you are getting just what you need and nothing more. You can trust his judgment and have peice of mind that your vehicle is well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment with Marc started with a basic tire repair but when my vehicle wouldn't start in the morning and my dealer couldn't look at my vehicle for a full week because of Christmas busyness Marc offered to take a look at my vehicle.
It was newly purchased used and Marc's team did the full review. They identified many issues that weren't seen, or ignored, when the vehicle was safetied elsewhere.
The team had my vehicle back in one day, just before the holidays with no lack of professionalism or quality. I live in Kitchener but would absolutely make the drive back should I need anything in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dealing with Marc more than 20 years (since they were actually on Bloor ;) ! ) That in itself shows how pleased we are with his service, that we would follow him to different locations.
The service is experienced & professional, reliable, prices are reasonable, honest and trustworthy. These are high on our priority, as it is rare to find this balance.
Marc and team always call to explain what the issue is with a ballpark cost to fix. When and if they find anything additional, he truly sounds like it is the last thing he wants to tell us. This is appreciated when we have older cars, and stuff starts to go, it’s like he understands and commiserates.
This kind service, integrity, and cost effective pricing is appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Bloor West Auto for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have gone in saying I think I need this.... Marc will check and do what is needed. He will also advise if something does not need to be done now or will give a heads up of what might need to be replaced down the road. I recently got my first pair of winter tires from Marc, perfect timing as I was head to Algonquin Park with a fresh foot of snow. All in the group had winter tires, but my vehicle was not one in the group that got stuck. Marc and his crew are awesome!

I was really happy with the tire buying process with Bloor West Auto (2 cars new summer tires), that I tried them on service, and, was equally happy and impressed with the quality I received. Great shop, highly recommended.

I have a 3rd party vehicle warranty and I was wandering if it would cover my suspension issue. I came here after going to BMW Toronto who said that my case is not covered. Bloor West Auto EuroMechanic took my car for diagnostics along with a copy of my warranty agreement. They researched my agreement, called the warranty, clarified some followup questions and submitted a claim to the warranty. The claim was approved!
I got my car repaired at the end of the day. Also, the labor quoted for the repair by EuroMechanic was 1.5 hours versus 4 hour for the same work quoted by BMW Toronto.
On a side note, I'm a car guy and I always ask about the issue details and the repair required. I talked to a few service people and they impressed me with their knowledge of my repair and cars overall.
