★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, a very positive experience. Beautiful and clean facility. Front line customer service was pleasant and courteous. Waiting pods are marked for social distancing and have 2 large TV's while you wait. Wait time was about average. Not too long. Technicians were very professional, respectful and polite. They answered all my questions and concerns. TJ performed a microbubble injection echocardiogram. Explained everything. Showed me before and after pictures of my heart with explanations. I was at ease the entire time. I recommend this facility to anyone who is having cardiac issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ despite the many resources in terms of the many doctors, staff and humongous facility this place cannot get its act together. one tends to expect a certain degree of responsibility and integrity that may be associated with professionals such as cardiac specialists. Unfortunately not these folks. Had a doctor nikhil's staff leave a message exactly 16 minutes before appointment time when I had reached the centre. Best part is this doctor wasn't even unwell on the day. He merely decided to leave early. I guess this tends to happen when there is no accountability built into the system. If One Heart invests a fraction of what it has put in for the obscenely gigantic centre towards training the doctors and staff who knows how many more lives could be saved. Don't go by hearsay. Definitly not for me.Especially where there is lack of integrity in matters of the heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic back in November/December 2020 and had a very positive experience.
First off, the place is gorgeous. When you walk in, it's spacious and modern which puts you at ease.
I was first seen by an ultrasound technician, Rubina, who was fantastic. She was down to earth and easy to talk to which also eased my anxiety.
Later I was seen by an Albanian technician who did a great job explaining the whole process so I knew what to expect.
Lastly, the doctor's call was punctual, professional, and informative.
All around the experience was great (aside from the parking situation which is beyond their control) and the staff and facility really helped keep me calm for the procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an extraordinary team of highly trained ( about 7 years) team medical technicians and other staff including reception. A modern, clean building with comfortable chairs easy to sit in and get up from. Modern heart scanning machines including sit down style where the scan machine is ergonomically shaped to hug your chest.
I recommend ONEHEART, Mississauga Ontario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Dr. 's do not follow up with patients. They "forgot" to renew my hus. prescription 3x's leaving him in a scary situation as meds are not to be stopped abruptly. There is no after care or advice at all from these Dr.'s. They act as if they couldn't be bothered putting all responsibility on the front desk staff. They also just keep telling you to see your family Dr although they are the "specialist" they don't want to work. They are lazy! Now my hus. is in a very serious heart situation. These Dr.s treated and released him from hosp with no medical, nutritional, or lifestyle advice they just put him on meds and saw him once since October... 5 months later .... if he had proper follow up and advice he wouldnt have these new problems that are very serious! I had to do my own research on his symptoms because these people don't care at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Very professional. There is no issue with the gender of the personal conducting the tests. My wife requested females and got what she wanted. The default is male/female/mixed staff, unless you request prior to the date of the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absolutely top notch when it comes to the customer service. I love their front desk as they are so kind, welcoming and accommodating. Also their technicians are top notch. Get the job done well and quick and are always fun & easy to talk to. I'm so blessed that I get to deal with these guys even if it's not what I want to be dealing with, haha!
