Mimico Medical provides amazing health care. Dr Milan helped me today even though I had no appointment and I came in five minutes before closing! Careful listener, gave me the necessary therapy without any rush! And Sharleen is very approachable and professional, helped me get my medication at the pharmacy! Great team!

Would strongly consider looking elsewhere for a Doctor. Note: The Doctors themselves are alright (very limited interaction). Please see below. Pro's: +Good Location +Relatively nice staff Cons: -Terrible booking system. You cannot call/walk in, and you are lucky to get a response within a week -Staff are very quick to blame you for their mistakes -Very long wait times. As mentioned above, the Doctors themselves are alright, but generally to see one, you are looking at 1-2 months, and that's if they don't reschedule or simply not call you as agreed upon. I had one situation where I had some health concerns. After 2 weeks of Voicemails and Messages every 48 hours, I gave up and went to another walk in clinic. Second scenario: Had some questions that I needed to talk to the Doctor (This is beginning of January), used their chat as they request. A week later, I get a appointment in weeks to speak to the Doctor. Sure, no worries! Appointment comes, I get a call informing me they have to reschedule, sure, no problemo. Get rescheduled for the middle of February, they ask me to be available for a 3 hour block (11:30-2:30). I reschedule my meetings to make myself available. Appointment day ... no call. At 3pm, I give up and go back to work, have meetings I have to join. As I'm sitting in a client meeting, someone calls me 3 times around 3:30.. figured it was the Doctor, but I can't walk out of the meeting. Check, No Caller ID, no Voice Mail. Next day, I get a email from the office.. Laying the blame at my feet for not being available. When I show them proof that we had scheduled for 11:30-2:30, and the call came almost an hour after that block.. no response for 4 days. I contact back, best they can offer me now is a call sometime in April. 3-4 Months to get a 30min call with the Doctor. Nice Doctors and most staff, but very difficult to get responses or appointments.

The worst clinic in Toronto. Their voicemail is filled with Covid Excuses that are outdated and they don’t return their messages. My mother has been ill for over 2 months trying to get ahold of this clinic. They tell you to go online and fill out their “ chat bot” due to the volume of calls. After waiting weeks and weeks, I finally got through to someone on the phone and they told me not to go online to their chat bot... update your voicemail then!! The doctor does the bare minimum and it shows. Not to mention we had to use the after hours clinic in desperation ( the doctor was gone on vacation and not accepting patients for another month) and they forwarded the WRONG REFERRAL to the XRay Clinic! Instead of making it right and fixing it I can’t even get through the phone!! Stop hiding behind your 10 minute Covid voicemail in an attempt to lessen your work load. Don’t become a doctor if you can’t handle it * UPDATE* because I am FED up with this clinic. My mother was told by the receptionist herself that the Dr. Could give her a call. She waited all morning long ( missing work) just to finally call after waiting an hour... the receptionist then told her that she needed to go in person! I’ve had enough and will take the proper steps to report this clinic going forward.

I saw that this office is accepting new patients I contacted them only to have to wait super long for an appointment. Not to mention a chat bot is a waste of time. When I got the initial phone appointment they changed it then told me the doctor only works certain days. Over all I should have read the reviews. They can’t accommodate their current patients and are so greedy for money but cannot assist new patients either.

Can't believe our luck. My parents transferred out of assisted living during the lockdowns and needed a new family doc fast. Mimico Medical has been a top notch family med experience from start to finish. Love the chatbot option of their online triage set up. Dr Kodsi's team has gone above and beyond, and understand our needs intuitively. We have 3 way zoom calls with specialists at St Joe's and Dr K. Eliminated the need for long days on wheeltrans, etc. So happy with the care, my husband and kids have transferred to Mimico Medical as well. And I tell everyone to sign up now. Who knew family med in Ont could be this easy?

Dr. Mike is a great doctor to see. He is kind, doesn't ever rush an appointment, and makes me feel validated and heard. I believe as an in person doctor you probably wouldn't be able to find better (though I've only "seen" him virtually). That being said, the reception and the paperwork aspect is lacking. Reception only sometimes replies to emails, and rarely answers the phone. I had a form that was due to my work by a certain day which the doctor and reception were aware of. I followed up 3 times and kept getting reassurances and now 5 days later I am still without the form and am now facing possible disciplinary action at work on Monday. It's quite frustrating. If you don't require any sort of paperwork and don't need immediate responses from reception then I would recommend Mimico Medical. If there is any sort of sense of urgency I would probably go elsewhere. Edit** someone did contact me and went out of their way to get me my note and contact my work to ensure they knew it was out of my control.

Dr. Milan is the best family doctor you could ever have. He listens you patiently, very empathetic and provide you best advice and treatment possible. He is not only a great doctor but a great human being with compassion for his patients. But I agree the front desk isn't much friendly and prompt in response. So it becomes a hassle to reach to the doctor sometimes. Hopefully this will get better in future.

I have been coming to this clinic since they opened. I am beyond thrilled with the holistic culture of care the doctors practice here. I am seen as a complex, whole person with mental, physical and emotional health care needs. I feel heard and understood, and sometimes the solution is a prescription to read a particular book or exercise more instead of a drug being prescribed, which I really appreciate. They empower me to be more proactive in my own health care. I usually see my primary care doctor but on several occasions I've seen three of the other doctors here and had equally fantastic experiences with them all. There are also fabulous physio practitioners here as well as several other specialists - very much a one-stop shop! I highly recommend people looking for a new doctor to try Mimico Medical.
