He is absolutely amazing as a dentist and as a person. He is both
very caring for his patients and exceptional at his work. I was extremely
fortunate to have him custom make my veneer to fill up the missing
gap when I lost my front tooth after a accident. I did not want to look like a hockey player and Dr. Douglas was mindful enough to work on my tooth as quickly as he could, yet as precise as he always is. My veneer looks wonderful thanks to Dr. Douglas and his talent. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the 5 star reviews are from 2 or 3 years ago so I'm not sure if something changed or not, but both my son and I went to see Mark (the dentist) for the first time as our dentist of many years retired. In both instances, we had our Xrays and cleaning completed but not the check up with the dentist. With my son, Mark was too busy to come in, and with me, he popped by to introduce himself but did not look into my mouth. Weeks later we received a follow up email to come by for our 'check up'. I'm sorry, but we do not have time for multiple appointments and had not expected this to be a two part visit, potentially more if there were any issues - which we don't know because no one looked at our Xrays. Complete waste of time and money. We will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe that anyone could write such a negative review. I was surprised when a friend I referred to the office told me about it. If you take the time to get to know the office, you will find how caring and thoughtful everyone in the office is. I have been going there since I was a child and now take my own family there as well. When we moved away to Barrie a few years ago, we tried another office and I had nothing but problems with a filling that was done there. Dr. Douglas fixed it and the tooth has been perfect ever since. We still commute from Barrie for all our work.$
