A	Amandeep Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Woo is so patient and knowledgeable. After a very long time I gave not felt rushed talking to a doctor. Front desk is helpful and friendly as well. One less star due to no blood work on site. I hope they will consider it in the near future.

Total waste of time waiting for a simple response Their phone number is purely decoration… apparently it’s too difficult for reception to write down a name and date to book an appointment, you will be instructed to email them… which they will also ignore. Multiple emails, phone calls, messages and not a single response, it must be a cheap game to them In the office. They claim they’re accepting new patients LMFAO good one, almost 3 weeks I’ve been trying to get an appointment (while also looking elsewhere) and nothing. If you're relying on them, you’d probably die before getting any help. How they’re still operating is a total mystery. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate the way they treat patients/potential patients.
P	Patrick Gryciuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chivulescu is wonderful. Our issue is with whoever handles the scheduling. We had an earlier issue when we made an appointment for vaccination only to find out that there were no vaccines available when we showed up. Today was the nail in the coffin for us, as we had scheduled an appointment for our son's 4-month vaccine and had re-arranged both of our busy work schedules to accommodate the appointment. When we showed up they tell us it was scheduled for an earlier day. Normally I wouldn't leave a review like this and be open to the possibility that the mistake was on both mine and my wife's side, but other reviews indicate that this is a recurring problem. In response to the owner: Our appointments had nothing to do with the covid vaccine. I also come to find that you charged our credit card $39 for an appointment you mischeduled. I'll be filing a formal complain with the CPSO. It wouldn't surprise me if this practice charged OHIP for each appointment they mischeduled.
T	Trish Shaheen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and unfortunate admin processes, with no regard for customer service. Was welcomed and began process as a new patient intake and due to an error on the intake form that was fixed 10 business days later, was told that Dr. Lee was no longer taking new patients. No acknowledgement or care, only dismissive and defensive response from admin staff. Hopefully management can see a pattern with scheduling, processes and customer service and seek ways for improvement.

The clinic's Adm (reception team) definitely needs some improvement; they are either very impatient with you (sometimes really rude) and the phone rarely gets picked up - which is very frustrating if you are looking just to book an appointment. It shouldn't be that complicated.

I am assuming this might have to do a bit with the pandemic and not getting a response within 10 minutes of their request as most people have been a little anxious with all health issues over the past two years. Often times people only critique when they have a overly negative experience or an overly positive one. This is the latter. I am the type of dumb male who went without a family Dr. for about 20 years and only reached out when there were things that became more concerning. I have been with Dr. Sukerman a short time but he is extremely responsive to me and listened to my entire concerns whether they were warranted or not. I have the utmost faith that he has my wellbeing as his priority and encourage people reading through the latest negative reviews to read with an objective eye. Would definitely recommend you give them a try if you are looking for a new Doctor.

Go somewhere else where they respect your time. - do not permit you to use walk in clinics if you’re registered with them, but scheduling appointments to be seen by a doctor is impossible. -appointments are rescheduled at the last minute, with no communication until you’re already at the office -staff is unresponsive by phone/ email unless multiple follow ups are made -bait and switch - stated multiple times I was interested in a particular doctor and then after filling out all the paper work, I’m notified next day that said doctor is no longer accepting new patients
