C	Christina Dale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was really nervous because this was my first time and the other reviews scared me a little but they were so nice?? i came 15mins early for my appointment, and i booked it at a time that they wouldn’t be too busy so i was seated immediately. The girl that did my nails made sure they were all even and the right shape, she was super sweet! the design was exactly like the picture i showed her. i’m surprised about the complaints in the reviews. if you’re in a rush then don’t get your nails done, it’s that simple, it’s a small salon. if you do a walk in you can expect to be seated immediately, especially on a busy day. they take a lot of time to make sure their clients nails are exactly the way they want it so of course it’ll take some time, they genuinely care about how your nails look. they are extremely nice i would definitely come back

I got a pink french tip with a micro heart and a letter and it was $96. My nails came out cute, I wished they paid more attention to details as this place can be very pricy but overall good experience.
r	r c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here based off the good reviews and overall I enjoyed my experience. The older lady who did my pedicure was amazing! Took her time and really cared for my feet. She also gave me a great massage. The nail tech was meh. I showed them a picture of a French pink tip for bio gel nails and he chose the worst possible gel colour. I wanted it natural and clear. He then tried to blame me for choosing the colour to the manager or owner of the place (she was very nice). I didn’t complain because ultimately I got what I paid for but the service aspect can be improved by certain techs. This was also the first time I’ve ever had bio gel nails before and you could tell I was inexperienced. Even just coming over to me to start the guy was so unimpressed and gave the energy he did not want nor care about doing my nails. It seemed like there were a few of them who are popular and more requested. The young lady who did my moms gel set was amazing. Short natural and great French tip, they were evened them out and filed thin. If you come here be very specific and make sure they do what you ask. If you find a tech you enjoy stick with them! I will probably be back for a pedicure and a set but I’ll be sure to request the right person.
T	Tee Tee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely particular of how I want my nails to look and they could do a good job IF they listened. I would say that they specialize in long nails. So if you like wearing yours Long then this is the place for you. I left extremely unsatisfied in the way my nails were done. Acrylic left very thick and not buffed down for a more natural look. The back of the nail was not filed either so all the acrylic was left in the back which made my thumbs hurt! I immediately booked with a different salon closer to home and they did EXACTLY what was asked of them. When you're spending over $100 for a service, it should be done in the interest of the client. Good work makes clients come back. I will only now come here for my pedicures. Pedicure done by Nicky she did a fantastic job. I've now come to this particular shop twice and acrylic nails have never looked good when I've had them done here which is unfortunate for the many awards they've won.

I thought like all businesses they would rush through getting my full set nails done. Long like all other nail artists @ queen nails took his time to make sure my nails were done perfectly. The talent that all the staff have is definitely amazing but more than that they have a absolute motto of customer satisfaction. It’s pleasant to be there and the nails are not only strong but also last for long. I have done my nails thrice from there and they have been like that each time. That’s my to go nail place now! They have an eye for style and their tips on colour selections are great and precise. Thanks so much guys!!

And I showed them a photo of what I wanted but asked them to do the lines higher up more like a french and they followed through. So far this is my favourite nail salon in the area ?
