The receptionist Valya Volenyuk is amazing! She always goes out of her way to make sure I am updated on my appointments and has always helped me reschedule. I am really grateful for her professional service, it has made my visits a lot more convenient.

My parents went to see a doctor there a few weeks ago, and they experienced humiliation by one of the ladies there. First of all my dad and mom speak English (with an accent). and they understood everything this "lady:" was saying. Second the Dr. they went to see made them wait for almost 2 hrs for their scheduled appointment. When my dad went to ask the front why the Dr. was taking long the lady started to almost screaming at my poor dad who his accent is very heavy but the lady i guessed assumed he didnt speak English and was putting him down by not speaking to him but instead to another lady that TRIED to help my dad by translating . My dad told the other lady (in SPanish) that he understood everything and that he was not complaining but just inquiring about why the Dr. was late. The first lady was so rude to my dad that he felt embarrased to say anything to anyone in there. The Spanish lady later apologized on behalf of the clinic but the damage was done. ( I am assuming she was the manager who my parents said was really sorry and empathetic to the whole situation).

I've been trying to get a hold of your clinic to book an appointment for Laser Surgery. After many..many attempts calling and leaving 3 messages, last week a lady finally answered and unfortunately did not speak English. I tried explaining to her what i needed and she hung up. I had to go in person to book an appointment, just to find out I already had an appointment booked, and missed it because no one bothered to call me or my doctor to informed me of such appointment. Very disappointed at your staff as they are very unprofessional, unorganized and unapologetic. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PHONE SYSTEM. No one ever returns any phone calls.

We visited your clinic a few weeks ago and was very impress with the Customer Service we received while we waited to see our Specialist. The lady that fitted me for the Stockings was very pleasant, helpful and explain to us the advantages and disadvantages of buying prescribed socks. Overall our experience was great.

Went yesterday to see doctor. Your office asked patients covid-19 questions however me and another patient (was sitting next to me) noticed one of your staff was sick she can hardly get up from her chair. Another of your staff came and had to ask her if she was "feeling better" she said "no, her stomach was hurting bad" We couldnt hear the converstation but this was alarming to me and the other patient, as we are in the middle of a Crisis due to COVID-19. I hope your staff gets tested and inform all us patients if her illness was due to Covid-19. I also noticed that no one in your clinic sanitized your front of the office.

I had an appointment booked, took 3 buses to get there only to be told that there was no doctor so the appointment was cancelled. I didn't get a message or a new appointment if in fact the appointment was changed. I even called 3 times to confirm but always got an answering machine. This is horrible customer/client care, not being able to contact a person. There needs to be improved customer service, because at the end of the day, that's what we are ...paying customers

My Family physician recommended this place for some discoloration and inflammation. I met with Dr. Mina back in August, and had a not so great experience with him. I saw him for less than 5 minutes and all he mentioned was a surgery that costs thousands of dollars ( I went somewhere else for a second opinion and i do not NEED THIS EXPENSIVE SURGERY). My family doctor is trying to get all documents about my meeting with dr. mina for the past 2 months. I called a few times to ask for these papers and front desk says "is not ready". I will avoid going to this office, this Dr. is after money and does not care about patients!

Had a phone appointment booked about 3 months ago. They called to give me an appointment for a phone call appointment about 1.5 months ago and called 5 days prior to phone appointment to remind me that he will call the day of my appointment give a 2 hour window. Call should have been between 10 and 12, 4 o'clock came and no call. Canceled an appointment I had for 130 the same day in the event the call came in after 12. Now the appointment I had at 130 has been pushed to February 3rd! Not even a courtesy call to advise doctor was tied up, or running late, or some emergency came up or anything. Waste of time.
