Why is everyone so damn miserable, rude and ungrateful and at the same time expecting others to service them promptly when clearly they are understaffed and lacking volunteers. Chill out people! Let's all Take a deep breath and smile. It took 200 times more energy to write your useless review. The world does not OWE you anything. We all have to learn to be more compassionate. Peace✌

Very poor trans health care, were absolutely no help and simply referred me to CAMH. If you are trans and have any mental illness, do not waste your time, they will simply refer you to CAMH, the doctor referred to my depression as "mental problems", clearly very uncomfortable and unprofessional around mental health. I would not waste your time with their 2-3 month waiting list. I was simply rejected and given no resources. They are not trans friendly, the staff would never call me by my name, and would constantly dead name me, despite having my current name written down on records. I would not recommend going to anyone, it has been a waste of 3 months of my life.

As a transwoman, ive never had a problem with the staff. In fact, they've always been respectful with pronouns and have been nothing but professional. I'd recommend the clinic, for trans care at least.

I've been going to this Clinic since I was 17, I'm now 24. The staff know my name and honestly the are always accommodating(can't tell you how many times I've been late to an appointment). Dr Luv Vachhani is the most patient and educated doctor I've met thus far( I mean what other doctor is gonna call you to check if you're okay after missing an appointment) and yes sometimes you wait 10mins!!!! OMG THE INCONVENIENCE!!! Never occurs that maybe he gets patients that need support for dragging themselves of a cliff!! There are a bunch of walkin clinic around if you're not happy with this one, everything is not for everyone. All in all I think the staff deserves more credit and just like anyone else they are under pressure to please everyone.

As someone who has been going here for over 5 years, I must say this is a very bad clinic in our health care system. Every time I've come here for an appointment the doctor is 20 to 30 minutes late. One time when I came 15 minutes late to my appointment in all the years I've been going, the staff gave my time slot to someone else and scolded me for being late. Most of the staff I've encountered here are unprofessional and rude, except for the one young woman who I've seen at the reception for a number of years now. She does a good job and is very friendly. Too bad I can't say the same for her other co-workers. My family doctor here, who recently left was not too great on health matters past a basic level. It is really unfortunate that this clinic thinks its acceptable to be consistently late for their patient's appointments, staff who are rude and unprofessional, and doctors who do the minimum amount of work for their patients. This community health centre gets an F- from me.

The worst service ever. Main β€œDr” is a Nurse! Who is shaking when you ask difficult questions. During appointment time she is promising to send out the referral to lab, or imaging centre, when few weeks later I follo up with receptionist they cannot even find that referral in their system. Usually it takes me two to three days to get a hold of them, no one is picking up the phone. They don’t ever reply to emails. Asked managers email, no one has it. Manager is not in the clinic whenever i call and is not returning voice massages. As per reception, the manager is Julianne Cavanagh ext. 430 and she should be back on Mon around 10 am. This would be my last call ever, after i will go to highter instances!

Absolutely unorganized service. No coordination between admin staff and medical staff. We came 30 mins early from our appointment, waited an hour in the waiting area, while waiting, clinic is calling me that I did not show up for my appointment. I told her that I am waiting outside since last 1 hour, she said oh sorry and hung up. After waiting 20 mins I reached out to receptionist to ask what is going on, she said since you came 30 mins late for your appointment, we have to reschedule your appointment. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Finally got inside. DR said since I take blood thinner, she can not extract my teeths, another surprise, my appointment was not scheduled for extraction but for filling. She said I do not know, my system says extraction. Well she asked to stop taking blood thinner atleast 5 days before the appointment and guess what, they called me to book an extraction appointment after 2 days of my last appointment. What a mess..

I've been going here for a long time now and all the staff has always been excellent!! The front desk ladies (especially Marlena), the nurses, doctors (Roseanne, Svetlana, Kim) they are AMAZING ❀️ They are true, dedicated professionals. I can say they truly care about their clients. They make you feel important by focusing on you and genuinely helping with whatever clinical needs you have. I do recommend this place 100%, my whole family has been here for different reasons over the years and we have always been satisfied with the care and attention we receive. Thanks so much for being excellent and exceptional at what you do!!
