β β β β β I ordered a prosciutto sandwich and a salami sandwich. Both were advertised to have fresh mozzarella. Neither of them did. Instead they had some sliced cheese. If fresh mozzarella isn't available, the customer should be notified to see if they still want the sandwiches. Also, while I understand that not everything can be made fresh daily, especially on a Sunday, having an Apollini with the filling on top of it instead of inside, isn't quite the same. It slid off, and the pastry itself was bland and doughy. Most other pastries were ok, but some were much smaller than they used to be, and fillings were very skimpy and cheap. The cannoli filling tasted very bland and wasn't what it used to be. I was so very disappointed, especially with the sandwiches.

β β β β β I stopped by to buy a birthday cake. They were mostly out of everything and my only options were Caramel Crunch Cake, Lemon Raspberry Cake and Red Velvet Cake. They were in 6" and 8" sizes. I bought an 8" Red Velvet Cake. The packaging was pretty good and the cake looked really great. The taste was only ok in my opinion. The sponge part tasted good, but the cream cheese layer was too sweet and very dense. I have heard many good things about this bakery, but I don't believe the red velvet cake is their strongest suit.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.

β β β β β I just had my first experience here at the Dolce bakery and I couldn't be more pleased with my visit. I was greeted upon entry with a warm, welcoming tone. I was served by Kate who exceeded the expectations of her customer service. She was kind and sociable, often making conversation with me and describing products I had questions about. She was patient while I took my time choosing what I wanted (there are so many things to choose from). I really appreciated her friendly nature. Would highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for delicious treats or sandwiches.

β β β β β My husband and I got married on October 9th, 2021. Our wedding planner recommended La Casa Dolce for our wedding cake. After a pleasant cake tasting session, my husband and I decided to go with them for our custom Wedding cake. We dealt directly with Kristen who was incredibly sweet, personable and attentive to our desires. We ended up going with a three tier cake. Two tiers were lemon raspberry flavoured and one tier was the chocolate espresso flavour. We got so many compliments about the lemon raspberry flavour at our Wedding. Our guests advised that the flavour was incredibly refreshing and after a four course meal, the cake was very light. Aside from delicious flavours, the design of our cake was literally stunning. You couldnβt help but stop and stare at it because of how beautiful it was! It was truly painful for us to cut into it because of how gorgeous it looked! I highly recommend La Casa Dolce for their incredibly delicious and stunning cakes, a wide selection of other kinds of sweets ranging from pastries and donuts and incredibly friendly and personable staff! Thank you La Casa Dolce for our show stopping wedding cake!

β β β β β My daughter's second birthday unicorn cake. Just gorgeous. The bottom tier was lemon raspberry and the top tier was peanut butter fudge. The cake was fresh and tasted very good. Exactly as I had asked for. Thank you!

β β β β β They were lifesavers! Walked in at 3 pm the day before I needed a sfoglia cake and they accommodated us! We picked up the cake the next day at noon, and it was one of the best I've ever had. It was so fresh, so good, and not overly sweet. They saved the day, and their cake was perfection!

β β β β β Amazing bakery to get your favourite pastries and desserts! Highly recommend for anyone interested in smaller pastries or baked goods, everything is fresh and quality made. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help! Some favourites are the mini tarts, cannoli, and almond squares!
