We needed to update the blinds on our 3 patio doors and went back to Kingsway. They again came through with their customer service, measuring and product. Maria was very fair with the pricing. The blinds were ready earlier than they anticipated. There were a couple of small glitches with the installation, that we noticed after the fact. We contacted Kingsway and they arranged for the installer to come back in a timely fashion that was convenient for us. The issues were solved to our satisfaction. We would use Kingsway again and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Maria provides great advice on selection and budget. I had to move out the installation date twice and they were very accomodating. Highly recommend!

With guidance from Maria and George we were able to narrow the selection down significantly and picked all the window coverings including material in one day. We chose shutters in the kitchen and bathroom for ease of opening and closing, cleaning and constant exposure to humidity or spills. The duollites are great at filtering light and providing privacy. Upstairs we have the light filtering room darkening one, and they’re our favourite for how well they block the light, filter it and how seamless the mechanism is. They arrived pretty quick given that it was pandemic lockdown, and we’re very happy with how they look, how they work, and how they’ve added to our house. We are very grateful to the whole team for making the process easier. We’ve also had carpet changed upstairs. The installers did a great job. ? very satisfied. Would recommend and use again.
