This store looks after you from the moment you get in right until the job is done. It was great dealing with Jacob and his experience at the store as he ensured we got what wanted but made several great suggestions along the way. Ray and the crew put the work in and did a fantastic job! It was great to work with this store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided from walking in, to the end of our flooring installation, was easy, seamless, and top notch. Zaher was very informative and patient in answering all my questions. He even took extra time for my daily calls, up till the install date, to assure me of any doubts. He always returned all my calls, and made me feel like a valued customer. His politeness and customer service should be taught in all industries. Even the installer Ray had the same demeanor, and very accommodating to deal with, as we had condo restrictions to work around. The vinyl flooring price was very reasonable for a single bedroom project.

Zaher did a great job explaining us the pros and cons of flooring types and its installation process. They had decent pricing over the installation and did a great job for installing these vinyl flooring. I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who is looking to do there floors, I highly recommend you go check out these guys at End of the Roll.
My family and I were eager to get the floors done for many years and this was the result. Major uplift and we are ever so happy with the finished product.
Amazing customer service with the sales representatives in the Mississauga location by Dundas . Ask for Zeher for inquiries.
Just a heads up, this is the important part, is patience. Due to pandemic and high demand we had to wait a few weeks before the install happened. This was because of supply issues. However, Zeher always kept us informed with updates and questions we had. So don't get discouraged if things take a bit longer then expected.
On the day of the install, the workers were on time, very professional, kept to themselves, didn't talk and waste time. Amazing work!
Furthermore, I just wanna say thank you to the workers and staff for all your help. My family and I are so happy and we can't thank you enough!
